    I was just wondering if any VR's would be attending the March of Dimes ride at Atlanta Motor Speedway. If anyone is interested maybe we could meet and ride in together.

    Just a few questions. I live about 55 miles east of atl. and was wondering if you were planning to ride to ST, Judes. If so I would like to meet somewhere around atl. and make the ride with you. I have not had my bike but about 4 months and have not taken any long trips on her, this sounds like a good chance and for a good cause. Let me know if this would be possiable.

    I know this is a dumb question but here goes. I own an 83 VR, about to change the plugs and can't find what to set the gap to any help would be appericated. Also my headlight fuse blew and when I went to change it the holder was brittle and broke, I rigged it for now but need a replacement, probally the whole panel. Anybody got one or know where to find one. Thanks everyone.

    I bought my 83 about two months ago, after it's first washing I armor-all'ed the seat and that is when it started to happen. The seat started kinda turning gooey. It's like the first layer is disolving. My bike is gold with a brown seat so what I need is a good used seat or information on where to get a stock cover to replace the sticky one.

    I was glad to find a website dedicated to Venture riders. I have owned a 750 Special and a Seca 750, and just bought a 1983 Venture Royale. The bike is in great shape and bone stock except for the forks and shocks which have been replaced with conventional units. I have only had the bike a couple of months but it seems to ride and run well. If there is anything I need to be made aware of please feel free to sound off.

    I have recently purchaced a 1983 Venture Royale and I love it. I have owned two other Yamahas a 750 Special and a Seca 750 both were good bikes, This is my first cruiser is there anything I should be aware of. The air suspension has been replaced with standard shocks, but other than that the bike is stock and in great shape.
