Sling , I have the same issue even with the larger "BEERCART". Especially at night, I mounted a "True-Glow" tube under the BERCART to be able to see it. Though the light doesn't shine up to see, it reflects off the white or yellow paint strip on the road. That I can see with a quick glance down out of the corner of my eye. Plus another safety light to be seen at night. You could imagine being a trailer this big will be noticeable, but 95% of the time, I do not notice it being behind me. I've also thought about mounting an LED single light on the dash. Wire it up to the trailer by means of only having a single ground wire connected to the trailer with a QD plug. Power to the LED indicator, with ground to the trailer. If the trailer comes loose, it will jerk the ground wire QD apart and LED will shut off. When not pulling the trailer, the LED will remain off and not annoy me. Just a little bit of security of knowing it's still there when not seen. BEER30

As we were coming home the other day while still in Pa., Becky and I passed this Banana car. Didn't have the camera out, so we Googled it. So Big Tom and Muffinman, Think you can handle it ? Here's the story on it, Here . Move over Superman.....cause BEER30 is here. What a trip going to MD. After leaving MD, Becky and I set off to Mass. to see the grandchildren. We survived the 3 days we spent with a 2 and 3 year old and love every moment of the visit. Then we left Mass. to the West Point Academy to visit a friend and business associate. On this leg of the journey, we encountered marble sized hail, heavy rain, 60 mph crosswinds. This mourning we had a dump truck 60 feet in front of us blow his driver's side rear tire. We were in the inside lane as he was in the outside lane. Road debris peppered us and chunks of the tire flew directly over our heads. Becky ducked right behind me when the tire went BOOM! We were doing slightly over 70 mph and the caged that was following swerved directly in front of us when the tire blew. When I heard and seen the tire blow, I immediately went hard on the brakes to abruptly slow down and then had to speed up enough to not have the tire chunks fall on top of us as well. Luckily there were no others riding our rear when it happened. It was like the Matrix, I tell ya ! Bike and Becky sustained no damage, nor the BEERCART. However I got a small piece of road debris stick in my right arm that annoyed me all day. Nothing that a beer couldn't take care of to say the least. The rest of the day was hot, and then severe rain off and on. We must have stopped and put on rain gear 4 times today. Finally arrived at home before 10:00 pm. Right at 3,000 miles from start to finish. Also in this post, I like to thank Freebird and the Mrs. and to all my friends (old and new) for the Great time at MD. BEER30

I have to look the place up. It's a little motel right on the main strip cut-off. Kinda 60-ish, but cheap and clean. We haven't made reservations as we kinda toodle down the road at leisure. I'll get back with you later this evening on a PM. BEER30

We are leaving noon-ish towards MD from Camp Lejuene area. Making Princeton WV as a target to stop for the night. That's just south of Beckley. BEER30

As posted above, I went to see if our industry partner had any plastics (Delrin). He did not have any 3/4" , but had huge blocks of it and it was extremely costly. Sorry I could not help out. BEER30

I'll be calling a dealer tomorrow myself. My principal dealer went tit's up with Yamaha. Local Honda dealer took over the franchise and I will not spend one penny with them due to past experience. Yamaha sent my parts to another dealer for warranty work to replace rear shock and fix tiny oil leak. Came home to find out that the dummy bolt of the battery cover and rear brake inspection cover are missing. BEER30

I'll be going to one of our industry partners tomorrow. They work with Delrin sometimes. I'll see if they have any to spare. BEER30

This guy has been around as we shot the crap (censored)and told me the places he has been. I took pic's with my Droid, but this YouTube says it so much better. Enjoy! Hey Sylvester, Where will you be staged at in the P-Lot ? I'll most likely be around the same place as usual, up front near the bus stand, right behind National. Of course, patrolling the aisles, looking for trouble-makers and eyeing the candy, LOL ! BEER30

Don't blame ya! I placed mine in the past in my windshield bags and worked just fine. If the reader does not register the transponder, they take photo of your license plates. to verify. EZ=PASS has both the MC and BEERCART's license plates # on file. BEER30

Small = Cute ............. By NO means does it = Sweet ! Especially a RED HEAD ! How much did you pay him to do this ? BEER30
-
Believe it or Not, I now have 3 transponders.............................:confused 07: First one I received on my first trip which was intended for a cage, however I was told it can be used on MC. Later to be told "No". Called EZ-Pass as mentioned in prior post and they sent me a new transponder for MC with a "M" on it. Now they sent me another transponder with a "M" on it and a sticker on it saying "M/Cycle Tag:140, 2 axles/dual rear, over 7,000 lbs." last week. I know Becky doesn't weigh that much, even with all her Beer! Saturday, I received another package from EZ-Pass containing 3 protective pouches and then today, another package with hook & loop strips. Called them today and they told me to use first one for cages, 2nd one for only MC and third one for MC and trailer. Just for fun, I think I will call them to request a transponder for my boat.:rotf: BEER30
