I have a 2002 venture with 25,000 miles. The rear shock leaks only when I jack up the bike to change the rear tire and leave it jacked up for few days. On the fence on when to replace the shock, now or when it fails completely,have not had any problem with the ride,but all riding is one up. Also have not decided what to change it with. -
That looks like a nice set up were did you get the gauges and valves? thanks all for all the feed back.

Has anyone used the carbmate carb synchronizer? Getmetools.com has the best price on this tool ,has anyone ever used this compy?

Yoo will never get the same milage on every tank of gas you have to think average . My average is 38mpg on a 2002 MVRS -
Has anyone used Twisted Throttle to buy parts. Would you use them again?

I have metzler tires with ,8,000 mile lots of thread and lots of sidewall cracks, only three years old. Dont know what tires to try now. Might have to go back to Dunlap.

Did you ever ride a 1200 Goldwing with out a helmet, sounds like the trany is comming out of it. The only time I notice the whin is when someone asks about it. All bikes have there own problem, you have to like what you ride:12101: -
Thinking of trading in my midnight venture on a 1300 tourer. Its an 02 with 21,000 mile. Longest ride i do is 200-400 miles maybe 2 or 3 times a year, but think i will miss the comfort of the venture. Thanks for any opinions
