Yep that was me and my peeps! I waved like crazy when I saw you going by the other way and couldn't believe we would cross paths 3 times doing the opposite routes but coming at it from different directions. What are the odds? RockinRobin & Steamer surprised me as I was just getting off my bike in the Motel parking lot. I was hot and tired after a long day in the saddle and I was not really with it. I have to apologize for not being a little more quick to recognize who they were. It was great to meet them and see their trike. I had been trying to decide if I was going to the WNY rally, RockinRobin may have talked me into it. I'll try to get photo's tomorrow to post. This is such a great site when members go out of there way to track you down.

If I lived your way I would consider two things the Kevlar Jean with armour pockets or mesh touring pants just like the mesh jackets they have armour protection but allow the breeze through. Just my

Hey Mike In our weather up here spring and fall the over pants are great. 1st thing in the morning when I commute down the 400, it's cool and the pants take the edge off the temp. And with all the crazy drivers, I can feel a little safer with the armour in the pants. Only thing, it does kind of feels like your wearing a 2 piece snowmobile suit when you hop off. I've got the Tour Master jacket & pants. If you come see me, we can go to Royal Distributing up here they have a very large selection from different manufacturers. Good prices as well, little more than the internet but when you add shipping cost now they beat them.

Morgantown WV to Wytheville VA - Red Roof Inn Day 3. Wytheville VA to Marysville TN - Luxbury Inn 2 nights Day 4. Do the Tail of the Dragon Cherohala Skyway Fontana Dam US 129 be tourists back to Luxbury Inn Day 5. Marysville TN to Nashville TN - Comfort Inn Demonbreun St. 2 nights Got tickets for the Opry Day 6. Relax tourist day in Nashville Day 7. Nashville TN to Cincinnati OH - Travelodge Newport/Cincinnati Riverfront Reds vs Jays game - GOJAYSGO!!! Day 8. Cincinnati OH to Mentor/Cleveland OH - Holiday Inn Day 9. Cleveland OH to Barrie ON Canada Seems we might be in the area around the same time. I'll be with a group of 12 of us but there could be as many as 40-45 of us in Luxbury Inn Only 2 Venture riders.....an 04 & my 05.

Me & this lot will be staying in Maryville, TN the 16th & 17th & ridding the Tail of the Dragon & Cherohala Skyway on the 17th. Then Head'n to Nashville the 18th guess we'll miss a chance to meet up.

I know this is an older threat from last week.....but I went to see my Mother on mother's day and she got out an old box of photos. We were going through a bunch and I was getting her to put names to faces, from old pictures of pepole I hardly even remebered from when I was a kid. Then she pulls out a photo of me on my 1st bike! I didn't even know she had it. Funny when I saw it I remebered......I would've been 16 and it was the 2nd summer I owed the bike. I had just gotten out of the pool in our backyard. I threw on a shirt and tied it up to show off my belly as a joke, put a towel on the seat and jumped on the bike for a picture. Just being Goofy! It is the only picture I've got of that bike WOW! 40 Years ago. The colours were badly faded but I scanned it and brought it back the best I could. (There were a lot of colours back in the 70's and hair! LOL!)

Interesting, Paysaw/ Ray & Peggie, Cathy & myself had been to dinner together in Barrie the weekend before your Collingwood mufflers came up. We had made arrangement, to go to MarCarl's on the 24th. Ray & I would ride down and the ladies would cage it. So when the Collingwood adventure began and I offered to pick them up, to take them to MarCarl's. My thought was, I could put them in the vehicle with the ladies to get them there. Could have been Paysaw would have delivered both sets of your Mac's.....! Ray has never seen a 1st Gen. he didn't want to buy!.......And then maybe sell.......and so on!

Was thinking I'm not sure what the next move is for the pipes? So much talk of who might be able to help. Last I/we heard for sure, was Bob had them. Are they settling in for awhile or will they be on the move again soon? Hey Dingy, just curious, who gets to wear these pipes? SYLVESTER or TWEETY? Or is this for some other diabolical mutant M/C you have in the works!!
