I was down to about one bar in gas and I put about a half can of Seafoam in and let it idle and then sit for a while. I took it for a ride, cranking it on a bit and then filled it up with no ethanol gas. After riding for a while, I did a couple of 1st gear pulls up to about 8,000 rpm's and it was hang on for dear life with the V-Max final drive. revinger Posted February 21, 2014 Share #10 Posted February 21, 2014 I finally got a short ride in yesterday here in east central Illinois. 43 degrees but road were finally clear even though we still had snow on the ground everywhere else. I hadn't been on the midnight since the Saturday after Christmas. It has been nasty here ever since. Had to charge the battery before it would start. I haven't had a bike sit for 7 weeks in eons and did not expect it this winter. So it wasn't on the maintenance charger. I definitely enjoyed the ride.
