Rick, I expected alot when I sent you my seats because of all that I've read on here. I've got to say that you more than met the expectations. I sat on it and was really surprised at how good the fit was. I can't wait to try it out on the way up to Ohio. Job well done....... Any of you that are unsure of this mod....take my word for it, that was money well spent.

I am very close to tire replacement. Currently the stock Bridgestones are on there. I ride 80 miles a day to work and home minimum. July I will be riding a 3000 mile round trip to Oklahoma. I have been reading a bit on the tire front but am unsure which way to go. Back with Stock or move to Avon Venom. Any experience in this realm?

Ok,I finally bit the bullet and being that I like to try new things I bought a New (Blem) windshield directly from Clearview. I ordered the XX Tall,Tinted with the Vent.It is wider from bottom to the top and as the pics I think show it is designed to throw the wind farther over the top of your head and more to the sides also,IT DOES THAT. I did not think the vent would really get air to me but IT DOES DO THAT...ALOT more.I was unsure about ordering with the tint,I am glad I did that also. I know I read posts on here that some do not like it but If you are unsure about it and live around here or traveling thru,call I will let you ride mine,They are BETTER than I thought it would be. Now if you order one they will tell you it will be 4-6 weeks BEFORE they start production on it so be prepared for that. You have to ASK if they have a Blem,it took 2 days for them to get back but I realize I am not the only customer they have,it was worth the wait!( 2 very very small scratches) Here are the pics from all angles . Bottom Line is I Recommend it if you want air off of your passenger and want more air directed to you thru a vent on those hot days. Tom

I am looking to get the radio remote control for an 86 VR, the one that sits on top of the left handle bar. Does anyone have a pic or can get one of what it looks like so I know what I am looking for? I have a guy that is offering one with just two buttons, mute/tuning, but I am unsure if this is the one I need. Please and Thank you for your help. ohedron42 Merlin -
Hi to all, Just bought a 99 venture and very happy with it, but front forks have taken a beating. I can buy a set of chrome forks off a 2006 venture but unsure if they will fit. If so is there a how to on this forum. Screaming Red
