Talked to Dave again they are staying the night in Hope and going to pull the fuse on the headlight and make a run for it in the morning.

Just talked to Dave and he is waiting on Owen to get back to him at Wal mart said he got a new battery put on. But I'm waiting on him to call me back. Will get back when I know more. Will try to take care of him what ever it takes.

If I had the money I would get the Vance and Hines Monster Ovals there are some vids on you tube to see them mounted and hear them have a nice rumble and not obnoxious. I have Klockwerks 3'' straight cuts love the sound but they were getting a little to loud with the trailer so I re wrapped the baffles and now it's just right cruising and sound great when you roll on it. Not sure on the cost of these new as I bought them from a member who sold his RSV. They were made for a HD so I just made adapters for the mounting.

We have one of those samsung units and love it. My only gripe with it is the filter for the ice maker doesn't last maybe 6 months. Which is not bad till you start pricing them. I would still try fixing the old one for the garage or patio sure is nice in the summer having one outside.

Colesgrandpa has his painted to match his black cherry 06 and they look great. I tried painting mine with a rattle can of Krylon Fusion for plastic but I botched the job in prep so they need to be re done. But I have a Midnight so it wasn't a big difference anyway. PS only painted the covers not the whole box

How many of you present your permit with your drivers license when requested by a LEO. I do everytime and only once was I asked where my weapon was at. All the other times they give it back and act unconcerned. This has been my experience in AR., OK., and TX. sometimes I get the feeling that the officer thinks hey this is a law abiding citizen and cuts me some slack. Driving a truck you get to meet them regularly.

Not that it would matter on a trailer but I don't believe Raven is just plain old black seems it has some gold pearl or something in it. I'm going to have my fairing repainted so I would like to know also. According to the history page 07's came in Galaxy blue/ Raven and the Midnight was Raven and not the Onyx of previous years.
