I've got an '01 RSV with a set of Wild Pig slip ons... Does anyone here know if you have to re-jet if you take the baffles out? Please advise.....

Cool! Thanks alot! -
Please don't think that I'm stupid or anything, but this has been boggleing my mind ever since I got my RSV. Is there anything that you "have to do" to the speakers before you wash the bike? Can they get wet? If they do, will it hurt them? I'm not trying to sound stupid, but this is my first bike with an audio system and I don't want to ruin it. Thanks!

Do you need a special bit? And, once you drill the catalyst, did you drill the baffles? And, what amount and size holes did you drill? Sorry for the amount of questions, but this is my first mod that I've ever done on ANY of the bikes that I've had and I just want to, hopefully, "Do it right the first time"..... :-)

Can someone advise me on this? Thanks!

Can it just be drilled straight through or is something else behind the catalyst?

What about the stock speakers on the RSV? How do you was the bike without getting them wet? Or doesn't it matter? Been contemplating how to cover them up but could use a little advise from the experts.- 15 replies

Just bought a set of pipes off e-bay. One has a catalyst in it... Any suggestions on mods?

Does anyone know if it's "normal" for the downshifting to be rough? Or can I fix somehow? (maybe with oil change or something?) Sometimes, I have a heck of a time finding neutral at a stop sign or red light...
