  1. Still before my time.
  2. Before my time.
  3. Lots of liquids. stay hydrated. Don't pay attention to Robin, she's just mean.
  4. Robin says, "suck it up and put your big girl panties on"
  5. When your wife says come to bed and the only thing you do when you get there is take your pills and go to sleep.
  6. Some of us still work for a living.
  7. It is a NHRA track and the wing did red light at least once. You got to give it to the RSV to be able to stay with the wing on the 1/4 mile, considering how much more power the wing has.
  8. Now that they got this train rolling, I don't think it can be stopped. We will have to deal with it. As for taxing it to fix all our financial problems....just look at how well that worked with all our other taxes.
  9. What starfan said is exactly right. Had to do this on the 99.
  10. Has the valves ever been adjusted before?
  11. Thanks to our extended family here at VR for your prayers and well wish's. The Doctor did not have to do as much work as they thought they would. No valve replacement and no pacemaker. Just a new gasket and valve adjustment....Heck I could have done that. Seriously now, I have know idea what they did, cause I don't understand all that medical stuff, Just glad he is good to go for a few more years. The doctor did say he got some good picture's while he was in there. And my son got some really good video of Jeremiah right after they gave him his happy juice. Really funny stuff. Thanks again, Bob and Robin
  12. Finished. all went well. he will spend about a week in hospital. doc said better then expected.
  13. Porblem with phone. he is on heart lung machine now all is going well.
  14. Pillow toops didn't come in till couple years later. thier are a few listed on pinwall ebay store.
  15. Our 11 year old grandson, Jeremiah, will be going in for his 3rd open heart surgery on Monday. He was born with Shones complex. It is a defect of the heart and aortic valve. Most children don't live past 20 years old. We pray he will be one of the few that does. His first surgery was at 10 days old. Second was around 6 yrs old. He is a real trooper, tuff as nails. You would never know there is anything wrong to look at him. He takes it all in stride. I know he will come out of this swinging and ready to fight on. But all prayers and thought's can only help. Thank you, Bob and Robin
  16. Tabs are not broken. I seem to remember another post about this problem. Seems several other members have had the same problem.
  17. steamer

    Why?

    Nooo... Who's on first.
  18. I have one on our 99 rsv. Seems to work as good or better then the stock shield in the rain. Only problem I'm having is the chrome trim piece on top of the fairing will not lock in properly. The baggershield must be a little thicker then the stock shield.
  19. We pull a time out with the trike, no problem. But I don't think I would want to do it on 2 wheels. Just seems a little to big. With that being said, many people do pull them with bikes all the time and seem to do just fine. I believe ours comes in around 400lbs fully loaded. Maybe a little more.
  20. does it turn easy with the knob off? Or is it still tight?
  21. Now I'm really cofussed:confused24:
  22. Same here, I can see checking the valve's, but pulling the heads with only 30000 miles? Unless you think something is wrong, you should never need to pull the head's. Checked my valve's at 38000, non were out of specks but 4 were close enough to change them out.
  23. Skydoc does have a loner kit, but this probably isn't the best time to ask him, considering his situation right now. I believe there is another loner kit out there somewhere. Not sure who has it.
