  1. Hi guys! Great video!! Thanks. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  2. Don, We all need a family member like you! What you are doing for Terry is awesome and you have my utmost respect for doing what you're doing. If I were closer I'd offer to take some of the load off you. Be mindful of your own health, working those hours can take it's toll. In my first comment I thought circumstances were different than they are. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  3. The only thing I'll ask is, do you really need 2 jobs? Maybe it's time to let one of them go. I did what you are doing years ago, when it got to the point that I was falling asleep at traffic lights and pockets full of money that I had no time to enjoy, I gave up my paint contracting business. I then was able to live and enjoy my family and life. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  4. Mine went bad 3 years ago. I live without the low fuel light now, gauge is still accurate, just no low fuel light or mileage countdown (never found the countdown useful anyway) Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  5. Clutch slave usually leaks into the void behind it, you'll loose a lot of fluid before you ever see it. With where you see the accumulation, I'd suspect either a vent line or bad gasket on the twinkie cover. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  6. Terrible story about his wife passing. I did drive OTR Semi's for about 2 years, I'm no stranger to large trucks. They do demand respect and awareness.
  7. Coach and chassis have their own battery banks. Gen set has only 160 hours and looks & runs like new! I know where the water bays are, I'll learn to use them properly. I've never had one of these complex machines. I'll be learning diesel maintenance, mostly from my son's F.I.L. , he has 30+ years in the business. Great suggestions on the wallet and check list.
  8. Most owners report 8-9.5 MPG Not too bad for what it is! Heck my Jeep liberty only gets 16 MPG if I drive like an old fart.
  9. Nope, it's a Roadmaster RR8R Chassis. Thanks for the offer. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  10. Powerstroke is a light and medium duty engine, not suitable for the weight of most class a coaches. Early prevost used mostly Detroits, if I'm not mistaken. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  11. Dealer is installing new steer tires, rears are good for 4 more years. Not sure if I'll make this one with the date change, school starts the week after, busy time for us in the maintenance department. This one is 39' Pretty loaded 60K miles, stored indoors from day 1. I'm looking for knowledge about Cummins diesel maintenance, hopefully I won't need major mechanical advice.
  12. I'm looking at a 2004 Class A DP . Do we have any members owning one that can give me some words of wisdom?
  13. I had a hovercraft similar to that back in high school, what a fun toy it was! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  14. @slowrollwv @cecdoo How about you two swing by the house here and pick me up?
  15. Holding his own. He's out of the hospital and trying to get his bike taken care of.
  16. Got me too, but I couldn't find the button for the senior discount! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  17. Brake Pad is still in need of someone to help get his bike, says his bike is in kanab, Ut. 3 hours from Las Vegas. In case someone has connections nearby to help. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  18. Oops... figured since he posted on FB it was public knowledge, I'm sorry Mike if this was supposed to be kept on the QT,,,, just trying to look out for ya [emoji6] Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  19. The Cell is Mikes. Mike says they are in the SW corner of Colorado, where Colorado, Utah & Nevada come together. I believe in St. George, UT BUT, I think the accident happened in Colorado, so that's where the bike is. He was transported to ST. George. Mike's FB post below. https://www.facebook.com/michael.brady.520/posts/10213620460764991?comment_id=10213623553002295&notif_t=feed_comment_reply&notif_id=1498336309544868
  20. Our pal Mike Brady (Brake Pad) was involved in an accident and is hospitalized in Southwest Colorado. Broken arms and bumps and bruises! His bike and trailer are totalled and he's in need of someone to retrieve them before the insurance company takes them. Say a prayer for our buddy and help him if you can. 23. You're talking about Gil ! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  24. Ok, that explains the lack of a visible tank. I wasn't aware it was a first gen. The LL front solve a few problems then, kool. I know well how the chopper front ends act, i had a 78 Honda 750 rigid with a 20 over front end! needed a football field to make a U-turn. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
