Actually I'll agree with what you just said if : The word "Republican" Is changed to "Demoncrat" "1st gens" is replaced with "07 midnight 2nd Gens" :stirthepot:

Yup, If I could loose 25 lb. I'd be happy. They say your muscles atrophy causing one to gain weight, so, will exercise to build some. The treadmill did us good but was looking for something low impact. If you don't have a TV to occupy your mind, the exercise won't last long. Love VH1 for the rock n roll and find myself pushing it a little harder. Wife prefers CMT . Luckily we are both finished before 9 am. For some reason the music video channels have reality shows later in the day?

I hear ya...LOL Luckily my wife and I actually use the equiptment we have. Sure, there are the occasional voids in training but, we are more prone to exercise when it's actually sitting in the basement. We've got a (2)treadmills, stationary bike, Punching bag, speed bag, weight lifting station, bench press, assorted freeweights, Leg machine etc.... Most importantly a color TV hooked up to VH1. Wednesday will pick up the eliptical which will be a low impact cardio. Like to do cardio and free weights every day...

Ordered this one from SEARS Johnson AFG 3.1AE Elliptical http://www.sears.com/afg-3.1ae-elliptical-trainer/p-00621095000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1 Its a flat eliptical so i should have about 2 1/2" of head clearance in basement Others i looked at wouldn't work as they raise you to high... Georges: Gym membership won't work for me as I'm 30 mi. from closest one...an I don't want this to become a half a day thing... Actually I already have numerous hunks of metal in the basement and I use them all...LOL Spent all day testing various ones out and this one fit us both. Plus it came with the best reviews... mikeGinsc: Yes!... there's definately a difference between the cost and different name brands... Warning! make sure you know the height of your ceiling before you buy one...

13 Things More Dangerous Than Riding A Motorcycle
CaptainJoe replied to Cheesehead in flatland's topic in Watering Hole
31,940 killed by guns... Sorry ... Have to ask... How many of these had it coming to them? How many were by police officers? How many from Women protecting themselves from rape? How many from homeowners protecting themselves from breakins? Numbers can be skewed very easily... don't be sheepeople... Please! -
Margaret, With a good antenna and rotor, you should be able to get these channels: http://transition.fcc.gov/mb/engineering/dtvmaps/ ***EDIT**** After you enter your address and select "Go", enlarge map and move your home balloon to your exact location. Colored boxes will appear on left side. Left mouse click on TV station in each of these boxes and lines will be drawn on map. this will help with pointing a directional antenna utilizing a rotor. Just remember it's the tail of the antenna that is pointed toward the TV station, not, the point... ***END EDIT*** Most local channels here in WV are broadcasting in HD... A good antenna could also be a older 16' Channel Master with rotor like I have... some say it better than the HD antennas... You don't necessarily have buy a NeW compact HD antenna..

I wouldn't like resetting a modem multiple times in a day to get it to work... Had cascable and dropped the phone and tv service yesterday. Still have internet thru them but they dropped me from the fastest to the next step down, because of not being bundled. Could try frontier and if it doesn't work out, could go back to cascable internet as neither the phone or cable companies have contracts. direct tv has a two year contract
-
Love Direct TV, but like others have said, they like to ratchet up the price... they all do this Cascable is the worst for this. now Direct Tv has 2 year locked in rates. At end of 2 year contract, drop it, wait 24 hrs and wallah...your a new customer and get NFL Sunday ticket free.. Can't beat cable for internet. altough they don't offer upper tier unless you bundle. Frontier phone co. is going to offer internet in 3 week. Will have to see what they can offer...

somewhat In a Numb Stage
CaptainJoe replied to Brake Pad's topic in Inspirational, Motivational, Prayer Requests, Etc.
Mike, I'm so sorry to hear that. Penny and I will pray for her and the entire family. -
+1 on the "I buy from members first"... Perhaps if there was a place for "member products" that all the members could look at to see exactly what, was available, from our members, would solve the issue... I just looked in classifieds and couldn't find Condors braces... Course I'm not the best navigator of this site , but I'm betting I'm not alone in that respect.. Keep it up Condor... ***EDIT*** just found VentureRider Merchandise... Perhaps we could have a VentureRider Members Merchandise... right below that?

I like this one as well: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWu4aynBK7E]Kenny Chesney - She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy - YouTube[/ame]

There's diesel fuel additives that lubricate your injector. Injectors are very expensive to rebuild and even more to buy.... The gov regulated low sulfur etc... hence the problem... I buy 55 gal of fuel at a time and use a $24 Tractor Supply Company hand pump. Just put the additive in before you fill and it will mix. Also: buy a 55 gal drum chain and if your tractor has a loader you can lift drum about 1 inch above bed of truck(entering from side) and drive the truck out from under the barrel. Been doing this for years... Good Luck! PS. Buy a block heater and knock one of the freeze plugs out... diesels are notorious for not wanting to start in cold weather.
