Ghost in the machine. You must take a 5 lb sledge hammer and tap your keyboard 6 times. Not a 3lb hammer or a 10 lb hammer. It has to be a 5 lb hammer. tap the keyboard once on the enter key, once on the left shift key and 4 times on the space bar key. It is the only way to make this go away!!! Once you do this the sound will disappear!!

If you put lower restriction pipes on your bike and get a popping through then on decell, plugging off the AIS helps eliminate the popping. As you see, some have very adamant feelings about it.

I have two Irob Butts that I have yet to turn in. Don't know if there is a time limit. I did the 1000 in 24 2 years ago and last year Freebird and I did the 1500 in 36. I know he turned in his info. I just never got around to it.

What I am trying to say is that I do not like the sharp lines on the cross country. I like a classic looking bike like a RSV or a Harley. Victory and Goldwing are not my cup of tea. If I could get the new Indian Roadmaster decked out the way I wanted for $22k-$24k, I would get one but the only issue is that they are not offering the mint green/ off white in the Roadmaster.

Now see.....the vision to me is absolutely stupid looking. Looks like an overgrown scooter. The cross country looks like a Goldwing trying to be a Harley. Not fond of the victory bikes at all.

When I bought my RSV in 2009 (it's a 2007) the original owner had close to 20k into it with the add ons. I paid 11k. So yes, bikes are not a good investment. You could have double of what you have in the add ons and it is not going to get you more on resale.

No. I do know why they do it. I just would never consider doing this to my bike and then sit my happy butt on the thing and go down the road. It just goes against my grain and I personally feel it is not a safe practice. I do not care how many people have done it successfully. I just would not do it. I would not advise anyone to do it.

With all of the problems that have been reported about the Venoms.........why do you guys still buy them? I would replace it for sure, but not with another Venom. Cool name, but crappy product.
