    I am putting pillow top seats on my RSTD and would like to know for the passanger seat,I put the front bracket on and mounted the seat. Now what type of bracket holds the back part of the seat to secure it to the fender? star4772 :confused24:

    Just buy the cheap one it will work just fine for what u want. No need to spend a fortune on one. you will also need a 3 foot jumper to hook up between radio and meter. Here is one you can get and will work just FINE with jumper on E-bay ITEM NUMBER 150505026534 Joe

    Gee thanks Brad just busted my bubble :bawling: I was only just kidding :rotf: that was about the same thought I kind of had,but I think once it is all painted and matched up it will look just fine. Thanks for your honest opinion though. Hope to see you guy's sometime in the near future. Joe

    Well with a little help from Carbon one making the adapter plate we were able to get the trunk at least mounted to see what it looks like. I think it will look pretty good after trunk is painted to match. and the backrest and armrest are redone in black also a good cleanup of the chrome and mounting bracket. What do you all think?? The detachable backrest is straped to the back. Joe star4772 If anyone needs anything done I highly recommand Larry Carbon one He is just amazing. Attached Thumbnails

    Yep it sure does and thats what the owner said for his Ins. But he has a high deductable so we will see what happens.

    Just was not my day today. Got a call from the owner of the repair shop where I dropped of my semi to have some work done. He said someone had broken into some of his trucks and also got into mine. Now on top of them busting out driver side glass to get in they stole my GPS,Laptop,truck manuals,TV vcr radio combo went through all my stuff and get this THEY TOOK ALL MY T-SHIRTS AND SOCKS BUT LEFT MY UNDIES NOW GO FIGURE. :rotfl::rotfl: Now I have to call dispatch and have my load picked up and deliver it to Wi. another week with out work and money DANG.

    of a good painter that could paint a trunk for my RSTD 08 color blue and black? Will be looking to get this done sometime soon. How much does anyone think this might cost? Lower east michigan area. Joe star4772

    Well went and picked up the trunk that I will put on my RSTD. I took backrest off and positioned the trunk on the back and cool. Once I get the rack installed and the trunk all painted to mach and the backrest and armrest and pockets done in Black material it will look great. It is a trunk off an aspencade with trunk rack,side rails and also rear lights built into the trunk. The lines of the trunk I think will look good with the sadle bag lines seems to all kind of blend in. Cant wait to get ur done. star4772 :)
