Hi. I don't think those are the numbers for the dates. I have two old Avon tires in my garage. The numbers for the dates four digit numbers in an oval shaped space right after the DOT number. Hope this helps.

I need to check the valves on my 2008 Venture. Does anyone know where I can find the tool that hold the bucket down to change the shims? Any help will be appreciated.
