    Thanks for all the info....The 1200+ miles we did in 2 days took a toll on my butt. I have a self made bead from Walmart that I made and it was in my trunk but never used it...stupid I guess....My weight is 170. Going to try the butt buffer.....

    I've been using Castrol 10x40 in my 88 venture forever, 3rd owner and that is what previous owners were using also.....no problems....

    Wow.....I never get 40 mpg....Ride the Interstate here at 75 or 80 and maybe get 33 mpg or a little better.... 1988 Venture Royal.

    Hell, I just took a 1/2" diameter rod and a hammer and open it up a little..sound level just a little louder.

    1988 VR... anyone know how to remove the screws on the clutch reservoir? whoever tighten the screws got them so tight that they are striping the heads....Any ideas on how to remove them? Rabbit:confused24:
