  1. Good luck. I hope he loves the bike and you get to sell it fast.
  2. Bob, you did a great job with that water fall. A lot of work and it looks great with some added memories with rocks from all over the place.
  3. That sounds like a great place. I hope to go there one day. Thanks for sharing that song. Your daughter did great hearing it and getting your attention to it.
  4. Welcome back Puc, I hope you get your bike back together and running as smooth as she normally does. I hope your car drive back to Cali will be an easy one.
  5. Oops, I forgot to mention a thank you to Jonas and Christian, for the Saturday drinks of Icelandic Black Death that they where walking around with and sharing. Such a good time. I hope next year we can get there early and stay late
  6. Bernie and I had a great time as well. You guys did a great job. Everything was so well organized. The movie we saw was so professional. Amazing picture and sound quality. Some of the new first time members even participated in the ritual Hot Sex around the camp fire. And of course everyone liked it so much on Friday night we did it again on Saturday night as well. Thank you again for all the hard work all of you did so we could have such a great time.
  7. No Hot Sex at the WNY Rally! That just won't do
  8. I'm jealous that I missed the movie Wild Hogs last night. That must have been a lot of fun watching it together. We hope to be there in time for your planned dinner.
  9. Bernie and I will be leaving much later then we wanted to, not until Friday as she has to cover someone at work who is on vacation. Possible 1pm if all goes well. Bernie will be driving the MH and I will be following slowly behind on the bike.
  10. Ok thats good to know, I was looking where we sign up for the BBQ Bernie and I are looking forward to the weekend with all that attend. Always a fun weekend. I went last year even though I couldn't ride, and had offers to be ridden around which was a unique experience.
  11. This is a great idea you have and will certainly make for a good story and memories. I will be on the hunt. We just got home from Prince Edward Island where the rocks are all red. I said to my wife we should bring some back, but she didn't think so, since she is from there and use to the colour. So I can't get you an all red one, but here in Niagara there are parts with red clay soil so the search is on.
  12. Ben, Bernie's Dr. after February said 3 days rest then back to normal. We flew to Mexico two weeks later. Two weeks ago another one and the Dr. said 24hours rest to allow incision in wrist the heal and to then be careful but back to regular activities.
  13. Ben, this is good news that you got the angiogram and of course the stint that you needed. Certainly less recovery then a bypass and of course better then the alternative of doing nothing until a heart attack changes your life forever. I hope your Cardiologist will sign you up for Cardiac Rehab, if not you should ask to be sent. Everyone I have heard from including Bernie says they are so glad they went and gained so much knowledge and acceptance. Do take it easy as they say, not to open that wound in your wrist.
  14. Thanks that of course would have been another thread when I do get the trailer. Front fork brace. Thank you.
  15. A good point about backing up with a trailer. You know its there and the swivel trailer you could forget about. A great suggestion from you and Gary about the stabilizer jacks. I will definitely have to get those added if they don't come with.
  16. Thanks some good points for sure. Bernie's sister is healing well and out walking her required physio.
  17. Gary, you are a brave man to have me asking Mary about that storey, but maybe enough time has passed that both of you can just laugh about it now.
  18. That is great to hear that you got out for such a long ride and an even longer one yet to come. Glad you are enjoying your new ride.
  19. Hello all. I have never towed my Motor Bike as I towed a tent trailer behind us when we went on trips. We now have a motor home and plan to tow the Venture to ride when we get to our destinations. I would appreciate your experiences and opinions to aid in making the decision as to what kind of trailer to purchase. I like the idea of the Swivel Trailer, so when my wife is driving she does not have to worry about tracking or reversing. However the benefit to a closed trailer and being able to load more things in it like golf clubs and more items like a kayak is a nice option. But then comes the problem of storing the trailer when not in use. An open motor cycle trailer I could push thru the garage and store in the back yard when not in use. Any one have any input as to how the different trailers tow? Pros and Cons on the different models and styles? Any input is appreciated. I am taking my time to make the decision as I want to get it right the first time. Haha, if thats possible.
