  1. Looks to me like your best bet is to determine the bolt size and then go with one of the torque settings on another bolt the same size. If it's an M6, I think I saw that most were around 7.2 ft. lbs. You would need to verify that though. I looked at it yesterday and could be wrong.
  2. I know what you are talking about now I think. You mean where the rubber boots connect to the top of the carbs? If so, I did look in the manual and maybe I missed it but I didn't see the torque settings for them. I can tell you this though, you don't want to overtighten them or they will work their way off.
  3. It varies. Great deals when you catch it on sale. There are even cheaper places but Cabela's sells CCI Blazer 500 bulk for $24.99
  4. I'm not sure which bolts you are referring to.
  5. Well I have other pistols but this is one of my favorites. I love the .22 because you can shoot it for hours without breaking the bank. Fun plinking. These Rugers aren't authentic western I don't suppose but they are great guns and one of my favorites. I have the .22 and the .22 magnum cylinders for it.
  6. Yesterday wasn't too bad here. Woke up with a couple inches of snow this morning though.
  7. I took one years ago when I lived in Dallas. I'm pretty sure though that it was through the Motorcycle Safety Association.
  8. Mine was straight LP or Natural Gas if you changed the jets. Natural Gas would have been great but I don't have it here.
  9. Very sad. I can't think of anything worse than losing a child, especially one so young. Please know that the family is in our prayers.
  10. Can't help you with the oil but I had a Generac 17000 watt unit that I had hooked to an automatic transfer switch. It also ran on Propane. I had a self-check mode where it started and ran once a week for a few minutes to make sure that the battery was charged and that it would start when needed. I can only tell you one thing for sure, that thing literally guzzled LP. I had it hooked to a 300 gallon propane tank and you could almost see the gauge on the tank dropping when it was running. I had it for a specific purpose and when I killed that project, I ended up selling it. Not sure I'll ever buy another one but if I do, I may go with diesel. Haven't really looked into it.
  11. Should get it soon I think.
  12. No reason to go elsewhere for service manuals. We have them here. For the 1200 and 1300. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?3384-First-Gen-Service-Manuals
  13. There have been no changes made. I don't think they were ever there and not sure that I can add them.
  14. I still haven't seen one in person. Scared to go look at them. I don't need to be buying a new bike.
  15. Yammer, you know by now that we don't care how you get here. Always good to see you.
  16. Well, it didn't last 5 more years. I replaced it this past summer. It was still running but smoking badly. I think, from what I could find out, that it probably had a warped head. It only smoked badly when you were turning. At any rate, it was a residential mower with around 2600 hours on it. Pretty much worn out. I bought a new one and just recently sold the old Snapper to a retired gentleman who tinkers with and sells used mowers. He got it for $100.00.
  17. I definitely think it's a Harley. Sure looks like a Harley primary.
  18. Consider yourself lucky. We had probably 10 inches this morning and about 8" still this evening. I'm SICK of it.
  19. Sounds like you are ready to be a farmer now. You done good. I agree with Sylvester, use that Brush Hog if you are only going to mow 3 or 4 times a year. That belly mower is best left for finish mowing.
  20. Depends upon who you ask. I say it's hers because we sold her Spyder after we bought it. I consider it hers. He says it is mine. We have somewhat agreed that it is both of ours.
  21. You folks are just plain cruel. You forget how sensitive I am. Yes, I have posted in the Slingshot forum. Apparently, somebody missed my post where I bought one. Not to fear though, I still have the RSV.
  22. A couple of questions. You say that when you turn to reserve, it fires right up. Have you tried just leaving in on reserve after you fill up? I would try that first and see if it still happens. The next question is, do you use the kill switch when you stop the bike? If so, try not hitting the kill switch and just turn it off with the key. Neither of those things should matter unless there is an issue with one or the other.
  23. I've got a Ruger Mini 14. Wood stock, no customizations. I have two - 10 round magazines, two - 20 round magazines, and 1 - 30 round magazine. Luckily mine has a wood stock and is not all black so it's NOT an assault rifle.
  24. ATV with a Swisher mower towed behind it will do the job.
  25. LOL...that is hilarious. Well, the Spyder just left here. The guy brought CASH. I told him that I was OK with his check but he just wanted me to feel good about it. I know the cash is good, some of the hundreds were still damp. He said that they just printed them this morning.
