Found out motor stays warm like a cars engine, most of the heat raises through the frame and goose neck area and comes out at the handle bars, felt warmth coming up an hour and a half later from the motor

I shut the bike off like and hour and a half ago. The motor is still throwing off heat? What's up with that?
