Just over 13,000 and only a few days left in the year.

In reading these posts, I'm not looking for LED's, I'm looking for a nicer looking tail light cover than the drab stock one. Maybe clear, maybe jeweled. Anything out there that fits the bill? I haven't come across anything.

I always ride on reserve. I look for gas around the 180 mile mark, kowin i still have a good 25 miles left in the tank. I hate having to bend over to switch to reserve while tooling down the freeway. Or any road for that matter. And as far as running out of gas: Why don't cars have reserve? Because the owners look at their fuel gauge and or tripmeter.Reserve on a bike is dumb. You can still run out of gas if you are not paying attention.

I don't even see the brackets..... Mine craked and I need new ones. MotoSport.com shows them but I can't tell how they are attached and they want $126.00 just for the hardware. Did yo uhave any luck?

What I am finding is the only company that makes passenger armrests for a 2004 Venture is Diamond R. These are very expensive for a dull looking product. I don't really care to mount these to the grab rail either. Looks like they would get in the way of the passenger getting on and off. Has anyone found another company or has had success retrofitting Kuryakyn?

Bugs me when the bike starts sputtering until I switch to reserve. Especially at highway speeds. Why not just run it on reserve all the time? No separate reserve tank, just a shorter tube drains the lower limits of the tank.

The engine runs nice and smooth. Mirrors are crystal clear. Riding around on crap roads in 20 degree weather may have something to do with it..... Question: The current windshield has slots that fit over the screws. Does Clearview also use slots or holes?

What is the deal with the windshield screws vibrating loose? I will be replacing the windshield as soon as it arrives (Clearview of course..) and I don't want to be tightening those things up every few weeks. Locktight?

Is it me or is setting preset radio stations a pain? What's the trick? I think I have my stations set but once I change stations the presets are gone. Goofy thing. 2004 RSVT

All of the advertised risers state that they have been tested to work with the stock lines. Maybe, but when I unbolted my bars there is virtually no slack to work with. So what's the trick? Do I need to pull the fairing and unstrap the lines or what? Hopibg for a quick 10 minute job. Now I'm not so sure.

Mustang seat with backrest. All day comfort! Question about risers? I just bought 1 1/2 risers and all the manufacturers say they all work with stock cables. Am I missing something? I unbolted my bars and there is no slack whatsoever. What's the catch? Was hoping for a quick 10 minute job....
