Got one better then that...... The wife and I were driving from TX to CA and we stopped someplace in AZ near Tucson for gas. She went in and gave the guy a $50 and I stayed outside to pump the gas. After paying she used the restroom and came back outside and into the Jeep. I finished pumping gas and headed inside to the restroom...got in the jeep and hit the road. Once back in CA we are going thru our left over cash to figure what we had spent and kept coming up about $30 short..........DUH, neither of us had gotten our change from the cashier after we got the gas. Now I just use ATM card and don't need to worry about the change, only the stolen info........

Crutchfield no long has the DB401s. I did find some on Amazon for $58/pair. I know they will fit the front but, will they fit in the rear speaker pods?

Has anyone tried the Kicker PS44, 2 way (4 ohm) speakers in their RSV? Is so, do you like them? Pros/cons? ease of installation (modification required?)? Any other speaker recommendations welcomed.

I went with the F4 windshield. Very happy with it so far but have not been stuck in heavy rain.......YET -
A band of Judges and lawyers???????????? Well at least there will be music while you get sc...wed!!! LOL Did you have to give them a "retainer"? Will they provided discounted representation if someone gets in trouble? Inquiring minds want to know.

I went with the F4 2" taller and 3" wider with vent....Love it. very good optics and sheds moisture. They stress you clean with "paper towels" and windex. Paper towels will not harm the finish.

try this site. I have purchased numerous things here. The OEM are not really discounted but you can get ANYTHNING for your bike. The accessories have a nice discount!! http://www.starpartshouse.com/

I have a 660 and for some reason when I load music on the SD Card and put the card into the GPS it reads NO Data .......... Any hints on adding music to my SD Card. Heading to VT and NY in a couple weeks. Sure would be nice to have tunes available if the radio signal sucks.

Parts list shows it being flat but on the inside diameter there is a lip on one side. I put in back with the lip on the inside and the flat to the outside. Just hope it's correct so I dont' have issues while traveling. The good news is, it only takes a screwdriver to correct it!!

Thanks.......

This morning went to replace my Timing Cover with a Baron's V4 cover. When I popped the Yamaha cover off, a spacer of some sorts flew off with the cover. The spacer is flat on one side and has a small lip on one side on the inner whole. It I didn't see HOW it was in there to start with and couldn't determine it by looking at the old cover. It seams to fit either way but I'm sure it's supposed to go one way only. Can someone tell me the proper orientation of this piece? Ironic that it is the timing cover since time is critical as I leave for a trip on the trike in 48hrs..... Thanks for any input!!

I just had to set my bike down in a parking lot
DblTrbl replied to CMCOFFEY's topic in Watering Hole
glad it was just a few scratches to the bike. Last summer mine went over on me pulling out of a friends house. Combo of loose gravel and a speeding car coming around a corner. I was holding the bike and had it up to the tipping point to balance it...but my passenger decided to shift weight and I laid it down. Decided to minimize my chances of going down and injury.....Had my RSV triked. -
wooble with hard brakeing

I just exchanged USD for CD and for $103 USD I got $120 CD... I used AAA to do the exchange (they ordered thru Well Fargo). Decided to exchange since I was told that you can use USD in Nova Scotia but may not get a favorable (in your favor) exchange rate. If I spend all the CDs I will use my credit card because my bank with give me current exchange rates.
