  2. Back atcha Woody. Had to leave the bike at home due to storms but we drove thru Huntsville to pick up the younger daughter and then to Gainesville to grab the oldest. First time I’ve had all 4 of us together since Thanksgiving so a good Father’s Day trip.

  3. No worries Earl, I have some but I don’t advertise them. Ed has been selling them for a while and I think it’d be disrespectful to sell competing products as another member. I have my foot pegs and arm rests I’m starting to push out there. I’m more about helping other members than profiting from the site.

  4. New design passenger arm rests. No holes to drill or permanent mods to the bike. Uses one existing bolt on the bike and clamps to the grab bar. $250 to paid VR members. $300 on FB. They flip up for mounting/dismounting the bike.

  5. I think it's best to quit riding when the time comes, not to try and stretch it out. That way you can enjoy wonderful memories and not be thinking as to why you didn't quit one ride sooner.

  6. I used to say that I wanted to go down in an 80 mph low side slide with a rebel yell into my grave. Now that I have grand kids, I'm thinking I might hang around long enough to have to face the day I can't ride anymore. I have to admit, I'm not looking forward to it.

  10. Hey Ronnie, I apologize, my friend! I did not realize that you were offering them as well! I just checked his FaceBook Ad, and at the moment, he is OUT of them. If Mike042 is still looking for one, I can tell you without a doubt that Ronnie Dawson is a "Stand Up Guy", and will sell you a quality product!! Again Ronnie, I apologize, I had NO idea. (It's well known that us First Gen. guys live in a Vacuum!) Earl

  11. I started to ride off road in 1959 and started to ride the road in 1963 ... I have enjoyed every mile with the only sound was the wind ...Sometimes In a early evening ride I would pull the bike onto the shoulder and turn it off ..I would sit and listen , and sometimes there was no sound at all with only the sound of birds overhead , other times there was some sound in the distance . .I have call it done as I am turning 77 years old and it is a difficult decision .. ..An old injury is coming back to haunt me . To all riders enjoy the ride KEEP IT BETWEEN THE LINES AND THE RUBBER SIDE DOWN ..
