AGrengs Posted May 22, 2021 Share #1 Posted May 22, 2021 The local Indian and Royal Enfield dealer had test rides going today. First I rode this: It rode really nice, but I didn't care for the really wide bard and the backrest sucked. Then this one: The 116 is a beast! Really liked everything about this bike. Then this little Royal Enfield: It had stupid-loud pipes that I hated and the mid-controls made it hard to ride, but it was fun and with forward controls I could ride one around as a local bike (I'm 6'3" with long legs, so a lot of bikes don't fit me). Finally, I took this one out: It was crazy fast and very fun!
djh3 Posted May 23, 2021 Share #2 Posted May 23, 2021 That second one there is probably their best selling bike. It's the Indian version of my Victory IMOP.
Freebird Posted May 23, 2021 Share #3 Posted May 23, 2021 Looks like a good time. I've never ridden any of those bikes but would like to.

I keep trying to tell ya @Marcarlyou got to put the kick stand down before you walk away from the bike. Course now that you got a two wheeler with a rolling kick stand guess you don't need to worry about it no more.

You just have to lean into your U-turns to keep em up.

N3FOL Posted May 27, 2021 Share #9 Posted May 27, 2021 @AGrengs I like the first bike your rode, but it is a bike that you don’t want to get caught in the rain. The bags are just too nice to get wet. 😀
