Small C clip for enrichner trigger rod

I lost the tiny clip that holds the rod going to the enrhichener mechanism on the right hand side fo the carbs for my bike.

 

I cannot seem to find the part number for this clip on Yamaha diagrams.

 

Anyone know the part number so I can order a new one?

I believe it's actually an E clip.

 

When I needed one I went to an old timey auto parts store. They let me dig around in their box of loose clips until I found one that would work. Of course one that small will be at the very bottom of the box.......

I picked up an assortment of small e clips from a local RC Race shop. The enricher rod uses one of the larger ones in that set.

I have to say I would rather overpay say 4$ for a clip from Yamaha than spend time hunting down a generic clip or buy a box of clips.

It is a generic e-clip. Any good hardware store should have them for pennies.

Nope. You probably get it with part number 52.

In addition to the E-clip there should be a plastic bushing and plastic washer.

I lost one too trying to put that damned plastic cover back over the valve cover. Used an alligator clip until I can get to a store.
