my uncle had me try his 10 gauge goose gun pull both triggers at once.

What kind of a Naval ship has oil on the floor, and rust in the corners and even a rusty gun barrel????

What kind? ANY Navy ship that has been out to sea for more than a few weeks is going to get a little rust. Large Navy weapons often produce oil or heated grease that can leak a bit. Of course, any anal Chief Boatswain Mate (BMC) is going to get these things cleaned up and painted ASAP. ...Lemme think...have I ever seen a BMC that isn't anal?
