I've been looking at the various fuse block threads on here and have noted the occasional reference to clearance issues. Most of the replacement ATC fuse blocks I have found so far are between 1.3" and 1.5". Has anyone actually figured out how much room there is between the battery and the top cover?

I like the height of my bars, but would like them to come back towards me another couple of inches. I looked tonight & I already have a set of the Barons 1.5" extensions on there. Are there any risers out there that would bring them back even more but without raising them?

I have noticed that when I stop at a light or a traffic jam, there is a tremendous amount of heat coming at my legs and drifting up. When I got back to the garage I left it running and looked around for the source. It seems that most of the heat comes from the 1.5 inches of exposed exhaust pipe from the back two cylinders. Does any one make a shield for this space? Rich

I have an anniversary coming up about the same time I will be spending 2 weeks in Moline. Thinking about a working vacation (Free hotel, and food for me). I live about 1.5 hours from Moline so my wife could stay as long or short as she wants. I dunno... There is the John Deere Museum...anything else?

Has anyone installed this setup on their RSV? I got this one new on eBay for a great deal. Just wondering if I can coax enough slack from the cables to make them work. It has 4" rise and 1.5" setback. It says it will fit all Royals. THANX for any input and Happy 2009 to everyone. Brian http://www.pro-one.com/v/vspfiles/photos/803290-1.jpg

The PO welded a piece of 1.5"ID square stock to the bottom of the Bustec hitch on the '91. The square measures 2" on the outside. I can't find a ball mount anywhere. One of the local stores did give me a 1 3/16" drawbar because they didn't even have it listed in inventory.... and it was around christmas... , but it's pretty sloppy, and is designed to fit into a 1.25" receiver. I've been all over the internet trying to find something, but so far nada.... So.... do they even make a 1.5" receiver?? I guess the options I have would be:
