Have you considered seeking out vbulletin programers forum? Something kinda like Venture Rider for Vbulletin. Gotta be one. Like most issues on our bikes...it might be something simple that the gurus will notice right off.

Maybe we can coordinate the ride up. -
Occasionally, life picks someone on which to bestow a multitude of rewards and blessings. If the eyes are open wide enough to recognize them for what they are, then you truly are blessed. What I see here is the gift of another generation; perhaps fishing and baseball, perhaps beauty pageants and dress-up. But none the less, a grandchild. Is this your first? Grandpa! I see an opportunity to grow and to expand your horizons. Welcome into your family and world someone who although may be from a different walk of life is equally important to that new addition and to your daughter. Daddy! All the while, you get to share your wisdom and maturity as well as the fruits of your own successes. As we all know...new families have many challenges of their own. Your acceptance and participation will come back to you many times over. If you could pick your own trials and tribulations of parenthood I would think that those would be high on list. Congratulations!

Already there's 3 from Fla, 3 from AL and 2 from GA. Tallahassee is beginning to look logical. Just a thought. -

2nd gen clutch vs. 1st gen interchange ???

Oh! and by the way... For those of you who do not speak Romulan or even Klingon..(Where's Vulture Boy when you need him!) 26H indicates the first vehicle it was used on -16150 (component identification, eg. Primary driven gear) -10 (the 1 indicates a variation to the part and the 0 indicates how many variations have been made to that part) -00 indicates color or finish if applicable. Honda seems to have another very logical numbering system. They however start their numbers with component and then on to applicable vehicles. -

Check out this link. It shows which bikes the 26h-16150-00-00 fits. both 1st Gens and also Vmax. http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/yamaha/YP-26H-16150-00-00.html This one is for the 26h16150-10-00 It shows both Vmax and 2nd Gens http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/yamaha/YP-26H-16150-10-00.html There is a lot of overlap. Looks like it'll werk! If all else fails...get a bigger hammer! -

Fuse box replacement

Jack, Here is what I did to Big Red when I had him apart for 2nd gear. If you would like to see it in "real life" then just show up at Squidley's SE Texas Fall MD. I used an 8 way ATC from Ebay for $12. It comes with a cover. You probably have something similar on order. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Speed-Tech-E-373805-ATC-ATO-Fuse-Block-8-Blade-/111036537007?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item19da4b18af I also lowered the battery about 3/4 inch. With the TCI and boost sensor on top of the air box there is sufficient room to drop the battery. I simply used two straight brackets. It also required a little bit of metal bending to make everything cooperate. I think it was worth the effort to gain a little more room on top. The cover actually fits. With the 8 way I was able to facilitate a couple of extra accessories. Note the loose pigtail on the left that jumpers the accessory power from 5 to 6 & 7. 7 is the loose pigtail (unused). At the moment 8 is still free. I insulated the spade connectors with heatshrink and used one of the mount screws for a ground lug with a single wire to the negative battery terminal. It's not visible in this pic, but its there. I also added a resistor to the battery sensor wire. If you need the ohms and watts let me know. It's not visible either. It took me all day long to do all of this. I'm sure that's worth a chuckle since most of you guys could probably do it in an hour! Heather
