    Still riding my '99, now with 86,458 miles on it. Have had it 9 years now. Picked up a 2000 Milleneum for my younger son , Jared, a year ago so we can finally do some riding together. Still have a V-Star 650 and Jared also has a V-Star 1100

    Thanks Eck. I won't be able to take the fairing off this week. I have a 4 day bike trip to New Hampshire on Thursday. Hopefully I can do it the following weekend. I'll let you know. I did take out the fuse, sprayed the front and rear switches with WD-40. Transmit is still on which is keeping the channels from changing. At one point I did get Cb:Er.

    I just tried my CB for the first time, and it doesn't work. CB comes on in "TX" and Channel 01, but that's it. Cannot even change channels. Everything else works great.
