    Well I got the barons 424 mufflers on and I have the whine,but I'm having too much fun with the loud exhaust to care. The video does not do the mufflers justice, They are LOUD. I'll try to put the go pro on the saddlebags and see if it will demo the sound better. I'll post when done if anyone is interested. I know I like watching videos with the sound of the bike not music.     I was on you tube and found this video its a vulcan 900 I believe. Tell me I'm not hearing things it has a whine also. I'm not feeling so bad about mine now.     Ok....my bike has a whine, but is it harmful to the bike or just the ears? I ordered the 424 mufflers and imagine the whine will not be heard so much. Is there anyone with these mufflers who have found this solved the whine issue for them? Yes this is masking the whine but if it's not harmfull to the bike then I think I can deal with it.

    Ok, I'd like to know how much whine is too much or normal. I will be getting barons 424 slipon mufflers in the next week or so. But I was just wondering how much whine is too much?     Ok I got the new Bike home and I have a few Questions about the breaking in. It says in the manual not to give it more then 1/3 throttle for the first 600 Miles. Is there a certain speed not to go over? I've put 75 miles on it and I've had it up to 60 is that bad? There's no tach So I guess I can't keep it under certain RPMs. It's a new bike and I don't want to F*** it up by not breaking it in right. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Yes the angle cut ones that can ba turned in different directions. It adds a nice look and I've seen them in the pics online and was not sure if they came with the bike.

    Hi all ... I just brought a 2006 RSTD new from the dealer and I pick it up this week. My question is... does it come new with the adjustable exhaust tips or is it extra? The bike did not have them on but most pics i see online have them. thanks in advance
