alright.... I may or may not have inadvertently forgot to put the kickstand down at the gas station. Beyond tired and should have just drove the car.

someone is going to have to accept a check then
  4. The first thing to go is the memory as they say. Where do I send my $5.00?

    Honda

There is a basket case in Florida for a little over 500. http://florida.freehondashopper.com/honda/1965-ca77-honda-dream-305.html
  6. tineye.com is a reverse picture search. download your pics that you used and it should pull up a list of any sites that have that photo.
  7. Call me on the cell when you get to town if you would like to meet up for dinner one night.
  8. I am in Chesapeake as well. Anytime you want to ride let me know. Painterman and I are planning a ride the 15th and 16th on the BRP at this time, though not yet set in stone.
  9. The strat is not a good choice for the simple reason Yamaha does not have the foresight to listen to any of it's customers. No cruise control, the Harley and the Victory are better deals. IMHO. It is unfortunate that Yamaha is charging what they charge for bikes that out shined by the competition. I love the brand, the reliability, and the looks. But they lack in options.
  10. I like it too, it is a good option. The wing is another, but, there are things I love and hate about it. I think I am just going to hold on to the Valk unless a stupid offer comes along that I can't refuse.
  11. Sat on the kawi today, not a good fit,
  12. If I upgrade, fuel injection is a must have anyway
  13. It's a great bike, great chance I will just keep it. I just have to decide how much I want to put in to this bike to make it how I want it as opposed to just buying something newer.
  14. sorry, cc/cruise control
  15. Purely from a auto shop perspective... transmissions and transfer cases are known to fail. They also develop a lot of squeaks as time goes by. The 4x4 is not a true 4x4 system. Only engages 1 wheel on each axle. The 4.3 engine is pretty much bullet proof if taken care of, though it can have intake problems, not a major repair. Interior is prone to fall apart easily, cheaper seats and trim.
  16. We will both be there Friday
  17. The Kawi is at the tail end of the list, but i have not ridden one yet either. The Valk is a terrific bike, but I want a different foot position and cc is a must, which it does not have.
  18. To be honest, I am giving serious consideration to the RSTD, but I wish it had somewhere close to the electrical capacity of the Valkyrie. A Road Glide Ultra is at the top of the list as well...
  19. Easy to get a great deal on the Kawi though!!
  20. I think it will be hard to find a bike that is as effortless to ride as the Valkyrie, but I want fuel injection and probably ABS
  21. I am thinking about selling the Valkyrie and going with the Kawasaki Voyager or a Victory Vision or Cross Country. Any thoughts?
