  1. I retired Dec. 31, 2019 and have been busy ever since. All those things that I put off are now getting done. I hope I die before I finish them all since it seems overwhemling.
  2. Pnime trees are the worst to have around a home. I cleared all the pines from my land prior to building and after moving in I planted Maples, Cleveland Pears and River Birch. Plus a wall of Leland Cypress to block one side.
  3. Good and bad news. Jana is negative foe Covid-19 but I have to give half the bed back to her since she has been in the guest room. Thank you Lord Jesus. God is good, God is great.
  4. Since she didn't have symtoms, they checked her for flu first and that was negative and then they did the Covid-19 test. Again since she had no symtoms the Covid test will take 5 days (not priority) and she is quarantine at least until Monday. Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers.
  5. My wife, Jana, is being tested for Covid-19. She was sent home from work this morning due to a temperature. She works for a medical provider in Gastonis, NC but she is an accountant in an office removed from medical personel. Funny that when she got home her temperature was normalbut the powers that be said she will get tested. She may have to self quarantine ten dats even if the test is negative. Good thing is that she can work from home. Keeps me .
  6. Hey brother, you have that dead-on. Need to have it in Michigan since it will be too hot in NC by the time things settle down. Be safe, my friend, Your eternal brother, Slyvester
  7. Not enough, put WOLO horns on it. I have air horns.
  8. You won't go wrong with either. 1. Yes it is more comfortable than my previous 1200 Goldwing and the leg forward is what I needed for relaxed feel. You may need to look at different handle bars to bring the pull back toward you. The RSTD bars work great. 2. Being a Nebraska native, I have found that the wind blows everywhere and can be strong everywhere also. The Venture handles wind like a hot knife through butter. 3. Ventures are good to 200,000 + miles, I know of one at 300,000 + miles in Atlanta. Follow your instincts but again, either will fill the bill.
  9. Very quiet here and very little traffic. Since I am already retired my time is spent like before working around the farm. Will be putting the RSV up for sale soon and the 1980 XS1100. Not riding anymore and need to thin things out. Ya'll be safe and keep your distance from others. My primary care doctor is quarantined now. Haven't seen her since December but had an appointment yesterday which I skipped since the whole clinic is shut down. My wife is working from home also. Later,
  10. But I don't watch TV! What am I going to do? Oh yea I can .
  11. Thinking of you and praying for you. Just get well, all else can wait.
  12. Dang is that really you??? Happy 65th Don.
  13. What is the model of your bike?
  14. WHAT? HUH? I don't understand Canadian, could someone translate please.
  15. I have an 02 RSMV, maybe it's the ONE. The dealer practically gave it to me to get it off the showroom floor. He said he wouldn't order another. It had been on the floor for seven months and I bought it in September.
  16. The MSRP for the 10/22 binary trigger from Franklin is $299.99. Still too high for my blood.
  17. Yep that price would kill it for me too, Don. That would cost more than the gun.
  18. Never mind, I googled it. Is it just for .22 cal. or are they available for larger calibers?
  19. Ok Puc, life is passing me by, but what is a binary trigger? So I don't have to search. Your brother, Slyvester.
  20. You are correct. I do the cooking and dishes and she tells me when to do it. After 49 years together, I don't mind it in the least. Those younguns of yours are going to make you feel old when they are big enough to play. .
  21. I had a ship once that was coming in...but a U boat sank it.
  22. Just sat down with my wife, Jana, to eat burgers just off the Weber kettle grill. I know many of you have done this before but this was special. The burgers were Prime Rib meat ground to make the patties. Lord don't call me now.
