    In my defense, I would never even be near the river when it is flooding. Also we cannot afford to go to that restaurant, and thirdly I cannot swim. I do however carry bolt cutters just in case I need them. Of course in this case, swimming would not matter. Now I also know that Mini was not involved in this either, because she also cannot swim .
