O wow such a young age and not knowing whats going on I can't even to begin to Imagine Prayers up. Hope she keeps that weight on and they figure it out just went thru this with a my nephew back in May.

The fairings on mine got cracks and one has piece missing out of it by the glovebox and the tab by the headlight And tried to replace and I have read through forums The ventures website I also use but joined this one because of all the useful information And activity And as far as parts go I just recently picked up a slide for $72.00 it was NOS OEM part but when I find stuff on eBay and it says make offer I use it. You might want to check them for buried treasure... and I will if I need any but at this point I need To stop being so Rambuctious to ride and get Marie fixed right... But there is just something about 2 wheels with a V-4 motor setting under you... any ways thanks for letting me know... But what I would really love to find is a complete carb rebuild kit... but don't seem like anyone makes them...

Hey now what the heck that mean lol I am just rambling on about what I have been trying told you all I'm strange.. Any way someone told me to put it in the oven which I had done before.. but I actually took it with me to get the used TCI and forgot I left it in the truck so I was just saying it seemed to work as it should.I will just hold onto it for a Test TCI only. Heaven is up another Angel today and come Wednesday when my kids are in school I am gonna yank the carbs out and work on them to pass the time and try to keep my mind off other things. I just hope we get answers soon...

It was Joplin Powersports the tire was stuck and on backwards and not mounted to the balance bead or i would have done it myself it also was off a Chinese scooter so don't know if that was a factor because they really didn't Have a thing for the rim Sent from my Z812 using Tapatalk

Well today went out to the bike and put the old TCI on it fired up I had left it in my truck for since Thursday but it don't do what it supposed to as far as safety features but did let me know what I needed to know but if one don't have oven just toss it in a car for a few days[emoji12] Sent from my TBQG774 using Tapatalk

I could suggest you look up stuff at Yamahapartshouse.com and you can cross reference part numbers there I have had to do that quite a bit for parts on my 83 Sent from my Z812 using Tapatalk

And I have a motion pro in my garage which I have used the lines from it to fix other projects lol I bought one use for 80bux could have just paid someone to sync the carbs for that cause only got one use and the first one had to go back cause it had faulty O rings Sent from my Z812 using Tapatalk

Go to youtube and look for yamaha venture but at idle my slides do not move when i throttle to i believe its 1500 or so rpm they start to move and all should move in unison and at cracked wide open they should also be wide open but in order to run good at 3500 rpms they all need to be pretty spot on so i would say you really should look thru the forum and get the Diaphragms replaces i am thinking you get a hole set for $50 unless you have cracked slide.. but i wished I had this video everyone is talking about..I have done carb rebuilds many of times but these Mikunu Carbs are way different then what I have dealt with in the past..

It is 82 here and partly cloudy here In SWMO time to real dig my hands in and get some work done outside..

And the other question when you took them apart to clean up the orings real good I replaced all mine with a later year or different model im wanting to say i used the vmax orings and gaskets it kinda sounds like a problem i had at first when i did my first clean and put it all back together and come to find out I had broken enricher valve gaskets I know it sounds odd but once i got the kit and replaced gaskets and orings but my carbs looked like that at one time till cleaned them up... o and one more thing see if you see any slight cracks in your slides..

Question????? Is this before or after you cleaned them?
