    Eagles

That would be cool to watch, too bad you didn't get video of it.
  7. Glad she made it, the repair bill sucks but considering the alternative, makes you feel grateful.
  8. See my signature Just love to point that out every time I see you guys talking about parking your bikes for the winter.
  9. I made it out of Minnesota, you can too my friend:dancefool:
  10. I don't know if it's the Michelin tires or dropping to a 130 up front, but it is like a completely different bike. Even the cracks in the road that used to grab the bike and really get my attention I don't even feel anymore. Not sure what is the biggest cause of the ride change but I will definitely be looking for that combo again next time I have to swap.
  11. My kids asked me if I'll take them north to Flagstaff around Christmas week so they can see snow again. My son tells me that he likes it as long as he doesn't have to shovel it.
  12. Prayers sent that way, hope things get better faster.
  13. I did 89A from 69, plan on going through Wickenburg next trip.
  14. Insane!!!!!!
  15. Congrats on that good looking machine.
  16. I wouldn't mine hearing a few ideas myself, specifically for ground effect style lights.
  17. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Been there, done that with no regrets:cool10:
  18. Another round of prayers, figure it can't hurt.
  19. Thoughts and prayers for whoever needs it right now. Hope everything works out.

    130 vs 150

Well, I got my new tires installed and I'm very happy with the ride with the 130 up front. It handles much better at low speeds and at highway speeds feels just fine to me. Haven't had a chance to ride with a passenger yet, so I'll post up when I do to give my opinion on that but I can't imagine that it will be too bad.
  21. Here's mine with the new lights and tires installed. My son helped me put her back together, first time he's got to do anything more than an oil change and he was pretty excited to help.
  22. I'll post pics when she's all put back together. I had her ripped apart to change the tires, so nothing was in the way like the seat and such.
  23. You guys weren't kidding, very clean and easy install. Given, I already had the bike torn apart, but even if it was all together it would have been nearly as easy. Thanks for the recommendation and a big thank you to Steve for supplying a quality part and amazingly fast shipping.
  24. I should be done swapping mine out by this weekend, damn work is getting in the way of me fixing my bike. As soon as I do I'll post up my opinion on the Michelin tires. I did go with the smaller size up front so I'm sure going from Dunlop's to Michelin and changing size is going to give me a noticeable change, hopefully in a good way.
  25. Very intriguing, at a minimum it could serve as a brainstorming session to help others find new places to check out.
