  1. Coming out of Little Rock 5 years ago... And was heading northeast on 167/67.... At walnut Ridge I turned east on 412. Started looking for gas. None around. On fumes I came across Ms. Addies. Small restaurant with a gas island on the right. And it was open! Got gas. Ate lunch. Cute little place and a life saver if you happen to be in the area.

  2. Strong storms killed the bike trip, we ended up driving the car instead. I put several miles on the bike Wednesday and the temps stayed down in the 120’s. Final drive was aligned at install, everything went together correctly, not sure what was going on. Everything sounded good, felt good, and it rode true. Head scratcher.

  4. I am over the Flu and finally got caught up on my chores that were put aside while I was sick. Yesterday I had a chance to finish the Carburetor job on the Trike and run the engine. I hung a "fuel tank" from the handlebars and fired it up. It ran very well, so I synced the carbs before I out the tank back on. I bought a new voltage regulator and it's charging properly now so I'll get a new battery today. Then I can get it cleaned up and back on the road. The poor thing has not been cleaned since we got back from out west and it is VERY nasty.

  6. Don’t make the same bone headed mistake I made. If you need a jump from a car, make sure the car is not running. They are both 12v, but the alternator from the car puts out more than 12v and much higher amperage than your bike. Just hooking up the cars battery will be plenty to start your bike. Thankfully it didn’t cause too much of a headache for me, but it could have been much worse.

  7. Beautiful! If you’re still there do yourself a favor and walk through the bottom and look up. It’s an entirely different experience walking through the hodo than looking down on them.

  8. It will take exactly 1 upset wife unit of time, if you are lucky. If not lucky, it will take twice as long as that.

  9. Finally finished wiring in the trunk mounted run/turn signals. I thinks it works well. I think all I need now is one of those “back off” brake flashers. FullSizeRender.MOV

  10. Well, I ordered some 9” LED light bars for the trunk sides which arrived today. I have matching 4.5” ones for the rear of the trunk but they won’t arrive until Saturday. The side ones you see here will be running/turn as well as the rear ones. Wasn’t able to get them wired in today due to lack of materials to do it properly including quick disconnect waterproof plugs. Will have that Sunday, so I’ll have to post a short video of operation when done.
