mraf Posted January 2, 2016 #2 Posted January 2, 2016 No wind in your hair driving that. Although it's neat to look at but hard to climb in and out of at my age. A new Venture would make them more money I would think.
BlueSky Posted January 2, 2016 #3 Posted January 2, 2016 Gorgeous sports car! I'd like to see the specs on it.
cowpuc Posted January 2, 2016 #5 Posted January 2, 2016 COOL!!!!!! :clap2::clap2: Like Skyster already mentioned, it would great to see some specs on it and I wonder what kind of price range it is gonna fall into. Be AWESOME if it were comparable to the Vette or a Stealth in performance at 1/2 the money - suckers would sell like hot cakes!! Polaris did it with their Slingshot (price difference between it and the T-Rex and Morgan), maybe,, just maybe Yamaha is doing that with their Sports car!! Shame to not see a new Venture but at least Yamaha is showing they aint dead in the water with innovation!
Guest Jamsie Posted January 2, 2016 #6 Posted January 2, 2016 i looked at a few press releases , and they used the iStream manufacturing system developed by Gordon Murry, the creator of the Mclaren F1 although Gordon Murry was not involved in the design , that was done by an ex Toyota designer. With ever tighter emissions regulations . there is only a few ways to go, Make the engine with smaller capacity but add a turbo for top end power, make the car lighter ( aluminium and carbon fibre componants ),use hybrid/battery technology to reduce overall emissions or do what VW did and cheat .

slowrollwv Posted January 2, 2016 Author #8 Posted January 2, 2016 I don't think it has a cassette player but it might have a CD changer bolted to the back of the seat.

billmac Posted January 4, 2016 #11 Posted January 4, 2016 You do know it's just a myth that their faster.

slowrollwv Posted January 4, 2016 Author #13 Posted January 4, 2016 It does not matter faster or longer I just want to get on and ride.

GAWildKat Posted January 5, 2016 #16 Posted January 5, 2016 I prefer go faster and go longer! Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk
