Haven't had it do that to me for a while but we push very hard with sweat dripping and trying to find air for next set sometimes it does that. There is talk of raiding workouts back to three a week but I'm not sure if I want to do that. These youngsters are building and I'm conditioning. too old to build but it is fun to watch them. Thought I was playing stupid last night pushing that much weioght with leg but it feels a little better this morning!! It really hurt doing it but you know how it is when you get started and others are watching. They encouraged me to stop. I think that Son-in-law likes the old man....
