  2. Based on my age trajectory and the desire to keep on riding, a trike or a CanAm is not off the table. For me, I also had the urge to pull the trigger...but I am also not ready yet. If one would own a CanAm, it is wise to also have a motorcycle to ride. Just saying...
  3. We, are in cottage 9

    Vogel 2025

That's a Joe thing and I haven't seen one, Trina hid my crayons or I would try 😀
  5. I can't comment so much on modular helmets, because I've never owned one. As for Helmet brands with the perfect fit, Arai has always been my only helmet of choice. As mentioned before, try the helmet and then make your best decision based on fit and comfort.
  6. Yesterday
  7. Heading home later today.

    Here’s my map 😁
  9. Next Monday or next?
  10. Yea. In 2017 Harley made a big change. The inlet on the left and right mufflers are completely different sizes.
  11. Was just pulling your leg. I heard it might fit the 2nd Gen RSV and there is a great demand for it.

Has someone created a map of where everyone is staying at this year?
  13. Will be home from the cottage late Monday...I think pretty much any day of the week works for me so whatever is best for you.
  14. If you have things to do what day, time is best for you? Could show up with coffee for everyone!
  15. @ReinyRoosterif the reply was for my offer I could probably pick up Thursday or Friday as wife is off work and I don't have to dog sitting! Or would Saturday work? Could see if Don is available, maybe coffee run?
  16. Works for me.
  17. Nope. The 2017 - present won’t fit the RSV. They have changed the size of the inputs.
  18. Nice ride!!
  19. Last week
  20. I have a feeling Don will have an almost brand new set of OEM 2025 Road Glide mufflers that might fit the RSV.
  21. Put over 600 miles over the weekend, more than half wearing the helmet, and it gets an A+. Comfortable, reasonably light weight, great visibility and just the right amount of noise reduction. If I had any reservations, it'd be about the chin strap. Comfortable, but takes some getting used to. All in all I have no complaints.
  22. @saddlebum yes it was nice with getting together at Timmies then going for ice cream afterwards! Should have paid more attention to the date as forgot it was long weekend! Also got to ride with 2 other Ventures on the way to Kitchener then I broke off to go to Princes Auto to do some shopping, Over $130 worth!! Looking forward to next one!
  23. Nice bike!
  24. I had a nearly new set of Vance and Hines Torquer 450's on the Harley I traded. Since the new bike takes the same mufflers, I put the original mufflers back one the 22 before I traded it. Put the V&H's on the '25 this morning. Haven't ridden it yet but it sounds good.. IMG_0335.mov
  25. nice bike! i hope you get to enjoy it for many years to come!
  26. Enjoy it!!! Get some riding time with your son.
  27. Nice Don!
  28. So my 98 RSTD is running great...but...it has a tendency to quit or become very difficult to start once the engine and rad are heated. I have heard from another member with this era of RSTD the location of the ignition can be a problem due to excessive heat from the motor and rad. So my question is can the ignition be relocated and if so, is there anyplace on the forum or elsewhere to get the info. I've looked but so far nada, bupkus, squat, diddly, zero. Thanks in advance.
