I'm looking at a Nelson-Rigg Trike Cover #TRK-350 on E-bay. Will this cover properly fit the RS Venture with the Hannigan trike kit? Are any of you using this cover? Or is there a better suggestion? Thank You! Owen.

In replacing my damaged right side Crash Bar, it left several components dangling loose. I couldn't figure out how to re-attach them. I met woodysjrny and he volunteered to finish putting it together. Many Thanks to you Woody! I sincerely appreciated that. He is an excellant mechanic, a fine friend and an asset to this Venture Riders Group! Owen.

While hiking down along the border this morning, Owen saw a Muslim extremist fall into the Rio Grande River ; he was struggling to stay afloat because of all the guns and bombs he was carrying. Along with him was a Mexican who was also struggling to stay afloat because of the large backpack of drugs that was strapped to his back. If they didn't get help, they'd surely drown. Being a responsible Texan and abiding by the law to help those in distress, Owen informed the El Paso County Sheriff's Office and Homeland Security. It is now 4 pm, both have drowned, and neither authority has responded. Owen now realizes that he wasted 2 stamps.

Five brothers went off to fight for our freedoms in WWII. One of them was my father, Owen Sr. On this Memorial Day, May 31, 2010, the surviving Quarles veteran brothers Bob, Carey and Carson honor, remember and pay tribute to their deceased veteran brothers, Owen and Lewis: Lewis E. Quarles was a tail gunner in the Navy. He survived being shot down twice during World War II. He passed away on December 15, 2001. Owen F. Quarles fought on the front line in Germany as an infantry soldier. Only through the grace of God was Owen able to return home alive. Owen suffered the scars of front line fighting for the rest of his life after the World War II. On the night of his death on October 3, 2001, he heard bombs blasting and guns blazing out side his hospital room. Some times there are worse things than dying. May God bless the service of all the men and women who are serving and have served this Country in the military. May their service and dedication be honored and remembered with reverence. It is the VETERAN , not the preacher, who has Given us freedom of religion. It is the VETERAN , not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the VETERAN , not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the VETERAN , not the campus organizer, who has given us freedom to assemble. It is the VETERAN , not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. It is the VETERAN , not the politician, Who has given us the right to vote. Ok, the 1st Louisiana meet and maint. day was a great success. We had 8 ventureriders show up from Miss., Texas and one from Wisconsin. What a great day, hated to see it end. What do you suggest to use to re-attach the holder, on the tank, for the head set cord receptacle? Somehow, it popped off when I bumped it. I don't know if it is supposed to be stuck on with a glue or maybe a 2-sided tape. Anyone else have this problem? Owen.
