  2. WOW! Based on that link and the options Bob had included that Hannigan kit with all the add ons comes to $12,610 and that does not even include the bike or reverse feature. So for those interested I think there is lots of room to up your bids and still walk away with a good deal. Also check this out 2008 Yamaha Royal Star Venture Hannigan Trike.pdf
  3. I believe this program is developed by the same person or persons that developed TYRE mapping program developed specifically for motorcyclists. https://support.myrouteapp.com/support/solutions/articles/5000660251-click-on-the-image-for-a-virtual-tour

  5. Just an update Marcarl, Big Tom and I went to Becky and Bobs's Today. We installed a new Battery purchased from Pioneer, Cleaned up the wiring and fired the bike up. Once the new Battery was in the bike fired right up and ran great. I took it for a bit of a run and the surface rust on the rotors cleaned up about 90% should be 100% cleaned up after a few miles of riding.
  6. Why do I get thee feeling that this........will be followed by this..........and then:bikersmilie:
  7. Are you qualified.......I mean do you actually own a white hat........and I don't mean just any old white hat.......I mean an official supervisors White hard hat...
  8. Unless you plan on coming through Burlington, I will meet you in campbellville at the Icehouse restaurant. BTW I believe that restaurant is closed now, at least it appeared that way the last couple times I went by it but the Esso station beside it , on the corner of Main Street and campbellville Road / campbellville Ave. Is still there.
  9. I only get one helper..... for a job of such magnitude.
  10. I don't supervise that cheaply. Now a piece of pie to go with that coffee could be hard to pass up.
  11. In case you need some help you know Carl and/or I are always willing to lend a hand. but you should have no issues. It actually sounds a lot more complicated then it is. The main thing is that they all read the same. I personally like to strive for the highest possible overall vacuum reading I can get at idle RPM and still remain equal on all four gauges. I then crack the throttle a few times to see if the remain relatively equal. If they are too far apart you can always tweak the adjustment a tad to get them to rise equally but normally if they are good at Idle they should pretty much remain so through out the throttle range providing the carbs are in good operating condition.
  12. Thats right....I Knows .... but I ain't tell'n..... :canada::canada::canada::canada::canada:
  13. Well You Know Marcarl taint getting any younger. I gotta give him a break every now and then. But not too much or he gets to feel'n neglected and yet if I ignore BIG TOM too much his feelings get hurt.

  17. I'm sure there is nothing stopping anyone from taking a good look at the trike but Carl has given an honest description as best as possible and not sure if he posted it but he also took a video of the trike running as well as the exhaust while I cracked the throttle several times. The exhaust was clean and throttle response was instant. As he stated the rust on the brake rotors is surface rust from the trike sitting due to Bobs poor health but as we all know that will clean up within a few miles as the brakes get used. There were no problems with the trike itself other than needing a new battery, but Bob had been in the middle of working on his add on lights, when suddenly he was hospitalized.
  18. was this not a Motorcycle Girl....

  21. well now I got to say I'm feeling kind of flattered here and all but I'd be a feeling a whole lot better if it were two women fighting over me instead of two old geezers.
  22. Mmmm Don't you need a white hard hat to qualify for that job......Cause I already have one Plus I believe you need a certain level of intelligence to be supervisor
  23. I'm in. Of course you already knew that didn't you. Only down side is with such short notice I may not have enough time for a hair cut so's I can look all handsome like. Oh one other thing is this going to be like work work or hard work or dewll on it while to figure out where to start work .. ......inquiring minds want to know.
  24. I am sure one of the monitors cna move this to Second Gen Tech Talk
  25. 1st question is does the pedal feel spongy or hard? Assuming there are no visible fluid leaks look for the following possibilities. If spongy than you could have air in the system caused by fluid getting low in the master due to pad wear or a leak in the system. A worn out master cylinder can draw air without necessarily showing any signs of leakage. Try holding the pedal down and see if after a few seconds it starts to slowly go down further. If the pedal is hard you may have either glazed pads and/or rotor. Or the pistons in your caliper are seizing up.
