    They've never asked on mileage. I have my 87 and my 07 combined and its about 400 a year. And I should say I started out with a 500 deduct but it was a vanishing deduct. Every year without a claim they took 100 off. Now its zero. I checked around and every other place was 300 higher. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

    I have progressive full coverage with 0 deductable on my 07 with 3000 dollar acc add on. 238 bucks a year. no moving violations on my record as well

    if you ever make it up to Minnesota, there is a guy up here in Wadena who does great work. if youre a facebooker, its pro skinz and designs.

    your probably up $%!# creek either way. I would charge once a month. the hardest thing for a battery to do is just sit there. I don't buy the factory activated ones ever, who knows how long they've been in the box..

    what does the machine do exactly? does it die on you or just wont start occasionally? ive seen a bunch of goofy battery related problems. I had a friend with a 2000 rsv who just bought a neew battery, it sat about a week and went dead, he charged it and it worked fine the rest of the summer until about 2 weeks ago and it did the same thing. he charged it load tested ok. I took and dropped it from about a foot high on the bench and load tested it again and it went right to nothing. a plate must be loose in the battery.

    I bought my 87 royale in 98 with 8900 miles on it for 5000. it currently has 47k on it.. (pathetic, I know) I just purchased a galaxy blue 07 rsv with 29k on it last winter for 6800. we wont even talk about how many miles I put on that this year...

    just wondering if anybody has a ride or a m&e planned for next year in the beautiful state of Minnesota? maybe something in the spring? ive been trying to get up to PIP on labor day wknd the past few years but it hasn't worked out.. just wondering if anybody has any plans brewing.

    has anybody found a place that makes seat covers for the 86-90 and 91-93's that look similar to oem?? ive found quite a few for the 1200's but not so much for the 13's. any info would be much appreciated. thanks!

    a lot!.. yammerhammer still makes them but theyre about 150 at a crack. ive seen just the rubber part on ebay for cheap but sometimes you end up cracking the piston trying to get that sleeve out that holds the diaphragm in place. and you have to make sure the little air bleed hole in the bottom of the piston is in the right spot or they wont function right.

    tighten until you strip the threads out the back it off a 1/4 turn

    v max's have different cam timing, lift and duration. and the valve springs are stiffer. the 83 tci had dirrerent ignition timing, so they were the quickest of the 1200's. I don't think compression ratios changed for the 1200's. my dad has an 83, and he has more power and gets better fuel mileage than my 87.

    how old is your fuel filter? I replace mine every few years. spend the money and ues a Yamaha filter, the aftermarket ones are garbage. I spent 2 weeks messing with my carbs once to find out the epoxy in the emgo fuel filter started coming apart.

    Its not still inn the fork tube is it?? I've seen some guys put that in upside down and it gets jammed in the bottom of the fork tube. Sent from my SPH-M930 using Tapatalk 2
