  2. i wouldnt worry about loctite. just put a new o ring on and youll never have to worry about it.
  3. Pull the side cover off behind the stator cover and you'll know right away if those 2 cresent shaped washers are wore into the shaft. I've seen an 89 and a 92 have problems like the 1200's did. Sent from my SPH-M930 using Tapatalk 2

  7. the craftsman one I have looks a lot heavier built than the menards one. I think I paid 100 bucks (5 years ago) and used it a lot.
  8. didn't the newer stars come with an ipod?? where did that plug into? im assuming that wasn't controlled by the radio?
  9. ive got a satellite radio in my 87 and I mounted in the trunk. I was going to do the same on my rsv, but I don't like changing the channels every half hour. and I don't like clutter and wires and stuff hanging off my dash so I was wondering which way would be the best route. does anybody have one of those mp3 gizmos??
  10. looking at putting a cd changer on an rsv, my question is, is it controlled through the radio and can you switch cd's? or does it automatically play through all of them? thanks.
  11. got my 87 royale when I was 15 in 1998 with a shade under 9k on it. have 44k now. my dad put his 83 royale together when it was new and has about 170k on it now. lovin every mile of it!
