This is why I stopped dealing with networking and software/OS knowledge guys! There's just too much technical knowledge to know regarding it now, compared to 15/20 years ago. But give me a computer hardware issue, I'm the right person for that job.

My husband banned 10 from our house, there's some major security issues that made him pass on 8 and 10. These flaws are considered "features" in these versions of windows. I can get him to go find the article that discusses it, but the gist is windows changes your network settings to completely open and exposed, allowing the random person driving by to joe random hacker complete access to your home network and devices. You have to opt out of this feature to secure your home network and devices. I can ask him to post the fix for everyone if someone asks.

Yeah, went through the broken bike in June. One of my husband's coworkers backed into his new bike. Guy was nice, admitted fault and informed his insurance. The front fender was over $500 to replace. The rest was the throttle grip, brake lever, and a couple of "minor" things on that side of the bike. Took forever to fix because the dealer couldn't find an oem fender for 2 weeks. Hope you have better luck.

Sounds like a day in my life, only I'm just a civy lol. Been almost admitted more times than I can count, and several times because the doc overruled me. I once went to the ER because I had a bad case of the flu and it made me really sick. I was admitted with "pancreatitis" but in reality it was a bad case of the flu. Usually when I'm deathly sick I am atypical and show few symptoms.

Ouch, yeah, surgery hurts a bit. You know, you and the missus are welcome to dinner anytime, but gotta drive a bit farther, we are out in Lizella now.

The above statements about time off work couldn't be more true for Mike and me. So far we have only been to 2 Vogel rallies, and the B2's fish fry last year. While I am the stay at home wife, Mike gets 3 weeks leave every year that have to be earned during the year. While we are registered to attend Vogel and plan to be there this year, there is a chance Mike's bosses may cancel his vacation he has scheduled to start Aug 10th. Most likely it won't happen that part of our vacation is helping out around his parent's house, and his bosses are well aware of his Dad's sudden declining health. I for one would love to attend Maintenance Day, International, Asheville, and WNY, but unlikely to ever have two we can do in the same year for a long time. But Vogel is something we look forward to every year since getting involved with VRO. Our plans are made in the off years lol.

Alrighty then. I'll lead the group in my spiffy chevy van. It has a cb and can hold some groceries too. Lol

I looked at them too, Used is better than new unless you want a warranty with it. I can get used ones all day for about $7k locally. Mike's debating one for my future, we'll see.

I agree with you George! I miss the occasional sandwich and sketti, but I had to move to a high protein diet postop, lost 60lbs so far, now trying to drop the last 30lbs...

Dan, the doc said the same about my shoulder in March! Still hurts! Doc just says take it slow, I am I am lol but sheesh.
