    Yes, it is a SCAM! I accepted and a minute later (supposed) she said hi and proceeded to tell me her good news, she was awarded $150000 from the Government to help out retirees. She then told me my name was on the list too, and I should contact some person. At that point I smelled scam so I wrote that you are a scam, not Peggy, BYE!
