  10. @Snaggletooth - glad it worked out for ya I just don't understand if they paid the repair bill why did they have to "force" the salvage title thing ? Were the repair costs more than they were willing to give for the entire truck ? If so then it makes sense -
  11. how do you spell lawyer ? and how much money is involved ? who's trying to do it to whom ? and lastly, how much grief is the truck worth ?

  13. Patti, I was thinking of you two the other day and wondering ? 3rd knee replacement, good golly, I had a difficult time with just the one I went thru. I hope his therapy is working out the 'kinks' and building up the muscle again. It's good to hear that you're on your way again and hopefully the mechanical and health hiccups are all over. I've made some smaller jewelery boxes especially for smaller areas and I attached a picture just to tease you. Have GREAT and SAFE travels !
  14. Sorry to hear about your family losses to the big "C" that's a lot to have to contend with. On our trip from thru the inner passage we saw 8 whales from our balcony while enjoying a glass of wine with friends, so keep an eye out for water spouts.
  15. Rest in Peace Black Owl
  16. have any idea how and how long it took him to accumulate all that stuff ? living in the area, there has to be stories about how he did it
  17. It appears as tho he's had a gun shop for a while but that collection surely couldn't have come from a single gun shop profit especially when he only marks up 10%
  18. Security ? at the end of the video, a second video appears and at the end of that one he goes outside to shoot a $25,000 9mm auto but one should notice the guy standing at the door (outside) pretty sure he's not there for the sunshine
  19. I think this is the most incredible video I have ever seen. I can’t imagine how much all this stuff is worth or how long it took him to collect it. Wonder what will happen to it when he is gone. : https://www.youtube.com/shared?ci=CX6zrXTjOTc
  20. Oh man, thee ya go spoilin my $10 steal Like puc, I was sure nobody was paying attention
  21. at a $5.00 opening bid and $5.00 increments I'm in for $10.00 - wonder how far that will go ?
  22. Well, here in mid-NE Ohio we managed to get NOTHING, comparatively speaking of course. For some reason we live right South of the Northern Ohio snow fall and just North of the Southern Ohio valley snow fall. I even went out and bought 5 gallons of fresh gas for my snow blower but darn I didn't even start the blower up. I guess I'll just wait and use the gas in my riding mower next week ? Hope it doesn't go stale before I use it all.
  23. Besides climbing down a ladder to go pee the other issue was bottoming out. I had to crank the tongue WAY up to get the trike in without scraping bottom.
  24. they had more than several used toy haulers, one was around $11k which is a fair price and I'd bet it could be bought for less. a plug & play unit -- several years ago we bought a new toy hauler but we traded it the next year because the bed was over the garage and getting up and down a ladder at 2 or 3 in the morning just wasn't any fun. had we got a longer hauler with a front br I sure things would have been different
