Which fuse did you check? There is one in the fuse box in the lower right cowling. Did you check it?

I don't think there is a need for that. They already have the Super Tenere and the FJ1300. I think that one of those already occupies that space.

I agree with Videoarizone. VTwin with all the goodies. I do think that it will have a trunk. I'm thinking that it will be somewhat like the Harley Road Glide. VTwin, fixed fairing, etc.

Dan, we have a Rural King about 6 miles away but they haven't had any for a long time now. I look in every old store I go in but haven't found any for a couple of years. Yard sales are a good idea but I seldom seem to find the time to go to any.

Do the rest of you hate the new EPA Mandated gas can spouts as much as I do? Not only do they drip and splash but it takes forever to empty a five gallon can of gas into my mowers tank. I just ordered some of these old fashioned conversion spouts. Looks simple enough. I installed HiYa on one of my phones last night. Will try it for a while. NoRocall charges a monthly fee and HiYa appears to be free.

The Feds don't do anything and they know it. That is why they ignore the do not call list.

I'm right there with you. I get so many that it drives me crazy. My phones are on the do not call list and they completely ignore it. That list is completely useless as far as I'm concerned. I add them to my blocked numbers list as I get them but that's a waste of time also because the numbers are usually spoofed and the same people just call from another number. Locations are also spoofed so you never even know where they are originating from.

I understand you wanting to find an original manual but you down download a PDF version from the tech library area.

When you click on "Forum" in the menu bar, you get a list of all the different forums. The first one, which you apparently found, is the "Watering Hole". Don't click on that though. Scroll down and you'll come to another red header titled "Tech Talk". The fifth forum down under that header is "First Gen Tech Talk". Click on that and post just like you did in the watering hole.

I don't think that is correct. I think you are thinking about the speedometer. The tach get's it's signal from the right front coil if I remember correctly.

OK folks, Freebird's Maintenance Day is coming up in about 3 weeks. Eileen wants to get the food for Saturday's lunch ordered this week so PLEASE go to the calendar and add your name if you are coming. This does not mean that you aren't welcome if you decide at the last minute to come but we need to get a fairly close count on how much to order. Rodney, I don't know. I tried it and it worked fine. I then logged in as you and it still worked fine. I don't think it's anything on this end. When I say it worked fine, I mean I got the doorbell sign when I logged in. I didn't check the sounds that people send. There is a menu at the bottom of the chat window and one of the icons in a "wrench". Did you click on that and make sure that you have all the sound effects selected?

I don't understand either. Buying a mower was NOT something that I wanted to do. I've worked on the old Snapper for the last two or three weekends trying to extend its life. I even though seriously about buying a new motor for it but the Hydro drives and etc. are showing signs of weakness also and then the deck spindles and etc. would likely follow soon after. On another note, I also see that Yamaha is now making lawn vertical shaft mower engines. V Twins. That MAY be what the new motorcycle will have.
