Trader Posted June 26, 2013 Share #1 Posted June 26, 2013 It was a beautiful sun shiney day! Washed and polished the bike. Thought it would be a great day for a ride.....first time on it since I got home from MD. But about 1/2 hr into the ride (way out in the middle of no-where)the sky got black and opened up! Rain was not so bad but the hail HURT! The hail was the size of marbles, lightening all around me. I tried riding thru it but I couldn't even see 20 ft. in front of me finally I pulled into a driveway to take shelter under a garage eve. You can see the amount of water coming off the drain spout! Nice day for a ride? HARUMPH!

Trader Posted June 27, 2013 Author Share #11 Posted June 27, 2013 whats a "harumph"? That, my friend, is an expression of disgust or distain... often uttered by English gentlemen while peering over their glasses. At least....it is often uttered by THIS English gentleman!
