He musta been a juvenile when he whacked the guy Around here there's a guy waiting for sentencing. He's now 20 but committed murder when he was 17. If sentenced as a juvenile, he'll likely get 4 years plus 3 years of community supervision minus time off for time served (which is now 3 years).
