Valve shims. I am about to undertake my first valve adjustment and I need to know if I need to buy a complete valve shim kit or individual shims. If individual, what thickness and how many? I know it's hard to tell without checking the old ones but what is the most common sizes? If I'm not mistaken it's possible I could need 16 new shims, not likely but possible. Where is the best place to get them? I need this info ASAP so I can get the shims on the way. Thanks for any help...

On our trip to Big Bend we took some photos, but did not notice that the photo selector was on "video". The videos are very short. I would like to somehow save them as individual photos so I can salvage the original target. Would appreciate any information on how to do so.

Ok, I removed the passenger set to secure one of the HSH (Holy S**T Handles) and go to reattach the seat and I realize that one of the screws/bolts are stripped. I would be willing to accept the blame; however, it never tightened completed. Now I realize I can't get it back out again should I need to tighten the HSH again. That being said, again I would like to proclaim to the world my ignorance of all things mechanical. So now my problem is how do I get this bolt/screw without having to take it to the dealer and have him charge me for what they probably did in the first place. Or is this something that I am going to need help from a more mechanically apt and better stocked individual. TIA P.S. I was only able to take off the passenger seat because I happened to read in here somewhere that the bolts for the passenger seat was located under the driver's seat. P.P.S. I was also only able to remove the driver's seat through the gracious and kindness of another individual here who walked me through removing it on the phone - lol. Did I mention I am totally mechanically inept. It is sooo bad, that the Air Force almost did not let me enlist because of the mechaniccal portion of the ASVAB even though I scored off the charts on everything else. Got my used collector on today,,boy what fun! Went on easier than coming off. Leak tested and all is good, only thing I need now is gaskets for the mufflers, where's a good source for an un-employed individual such as me ????
