Had my flu shot in the fall.........thought I was good for the season... eeeeerrrr no, been sick since Saturday night....why is everything spinning?..been a rough couple of days....can't wait to feel better so I can stir up some trouble here.....get your shots in now while I'm down, but I warn you all I'm starting a list... yuk ice cream

It's a beautiful Sunday afternoon. A great day for a ride but here I am, sitting on the couch surfing. One minute I'm freezing the next I'm burning up. It's not even flu season yet. At least I have a good look'n nurse to take care of me. Chicken noodle soup is a wonderful thing.

I am a nurse in a school district in Cincinnati. We are just now starting with cases of the flu. Even our district nurse has had it. I just wondered how many of you had had a case yourself, or in your own family. They are not testing here to prove it is the H1N1 flu because the test is so costly. Yama Mama:223:

the boss and i got a flu shot 5 weeks ago and guess what ! we got the flu ! i came down with wed. missed work thrus. tried to work fri. than the Boss got it ! i thought the flu shots would work ! the Boss is in bed so she do'st have to here me whine . its it the 70's here and i was planning on riding today but o'well . so everybody post alot today because i'm sick and board . The catching of the Rose thief live in the act put a stop to mischief at the camp. Along with patrols daily for months. But catch a man down on his luck with the swine flu and not able to patrol and guess what happens. MamaMo's display of Fall Pumpkins on the front porch is gone. We now have a pumpkin bandit on the loose.I'll be back on patrol soon but if I don't catch them the Swine Flu will.

We don't need this crap but the hospitals and schools are full of it. Grandkids are down with it and our Son came down with it this morning. Doctors are not giving much medication saying it needs to run it's course. Some of my neighbors have been bed fast for six days. Ramona and I are doing fine but the deck is stacked against us.

Just wanted to let you all know that though I've not posted much over the past few days, I am keeping up with all thats going on. I caught some sort of winter bug and have been down for a few days. Running a high temperature, congestion, ear infection.....all that goes along with it. Had a flu shot a few weeks ago so don't think it's the flu but something has sure put a whuppin on me. Haven't been to the doctor but may go today....probably not though. I actually think that MAYBE I'm feeling a bit better this morning so hopefully maybe I'm starting to come out of it.
