    Are there any members out there that have a trunk for an 83 vr that they wish to part ways with?

    I just bought a '99 RSV and I am thinking about removing the trunk in between long trips. Is there anyone out there that has done this and if so how difficult is it to do? I only plan on taking 2-3 trips per year that I would need the trunk. Is it worth the effort to take it off?

    Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a trunk extenders so I can move my trunk back and give my passenter more room. Then I will be able to put my driver's back rest back on when carrying a passenter. Chris

    I have a 05 RSTD and I purchased a Venture trunk off an 05 Venture. Is it possible, or has anyone mounted one to their RSTD? I'd appreciate any tips, advise, and just general help. Thanks

    Hello I would like to know how to remove the latch cover inside the trunk of a RSV1999, there is 4 plastic knobs that seems to hold it in place but I don't know how to remove them and don't want to break anything. Is there any special tool needed? Can I use something else? Any trick? I have included a picture from inside the trunk so you can see what I mean. Thanks for your help Hermann

    I want to be able to carry my golf clubs on my 87 but don't want to pull a trailer. I have a hard case for my clubs and thought of putting a luggage rack on my trunk but am wondering 2 things--1-will this be too much weight for the top of the trunk and 2- will it act as a spoiler and possibly lift the back end as I'm going down the road? I would like to be able to carry 2 sets(wifes) as well but don't think that will be able to happen. Thanks for any advice-help

    Hi Guys, I have just bought a 2007 Royal Star Tour Deluxe as my 06 RSTD was totalled when I hit a Bear. Anyways my buddy has a RSV and I love the trunk on the back of his bike. I am thinking it would fit my RSTD if only I could find one used or if someone has one here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    My trunk has the holes to mount a trunk rack on top of the trunk but I can't seem to find one. Does anyone know where I can locate one? Thanks, Curtis Traylor Mountain Home, AR

    Can anyone tell me how to get to the CB module under the trunk? I want to check the connections on the module and it looks like I'm going to have to take the trunk off to get to the module and connections. Is this right? Thanks Peeps.
